I hope that you all will be great by the blessings and compassion of Almighty Allah. I am here to participate in a very beautiful contest that is organised in Steem Indonesia and the topic selected for the contest is Welcoming the month of Ramadan .So let's start the topic.
As a Muslim we know that the month of Ramadan is coming that is a holy and very important month for the Muslims and its preparation are on peak .In this month muslims fast and seek forgiveness from the Almighty.
Ramadan is a holy month for the Muslims around the world and it is a time for The Spiritual development charity and see guidance and for given us from The Almighty Allah. Muslims try to spend the month with commitment and sincerity and everyone try to perform good deeds. We start the preparations by storing the food for sahoor and Iftar. Sahoor is the meal that we did in Pre-Dawn and Iftar is the time to break the fast.
For Ramzan we prepare ourselves by eating and drinking nutritious foods and ready our body to fast the whole day. In the Ramzan preparation some people start sleeping earlier and practice to consume the meals according to the Ramzan timing.
Fasting, prayer and Quran recital are intensified throughout Ramadan. Some individuals may make a goal to read the entire Quran during the month, while others may attend special taraweeh prayers at their local mosque.
Before Ramadan Muslims star preparations both by physical or spiritual aspects.Same is the case with me I try to eat tge nutritious meals and set my sleeping routine before Ramadan.
Since Lahore is a community in which the great population of Muslim resides. This stand the reason that the start of Holy month of Ramzan is marked by the collection of practises. The whole Muslim community is fully prepared to welcome the holy month of Ramadan.
In the City many market places and visit stocks up this special traits and decorations that are associated with Holy month such as foods for fasting such as classic things that mostly people eat like Samosa and dates that is fondly it is in my country specially in the month of Ramadan.
In order to mark the beginning of Ramadan, some mosques in Lahore may host special activities or lectures, and families may get together to pray and perform dua in a special way (supplication).
The manner in which Ramadan is celebrated in Lahore is likely to be affected by local customs and traditions, as well as by Pakistan's Muslim culture as a whole.
For the Muslims Ramadan is a time of spiritual growth and opportunity to increase your connection with Allah Almighty. Throughout the month we try to follow the guidelines of our religion and fast during the day and break our fast at night before the Maghrib prayer.
Some people may hope to increase the amount of time they pray and also try to decide the holy book Quran during this month. We also try to charit to the needy persons.
As well as being related to one's own personal goals, Ramadan may also be associated with larger societal or global aims. For example, the cessation of conflict and suffering around the world, as well as an increase in compassion and tolerance among people of varying religious and cultural backgrounds, may be something that many people hope for.
Mostly the objectives that we interlink with Ramadan are profoundly the personal believes of Muslims.
Every year this Holy month Ramdan provides us the opportunity to take the forgiveness from The Almighty and share the spirit of devotion and service with our different acts such as by our prayers, charity etc
In the month of Ramadan the fasts are very important for us,To fast, here are some helpful tips that we can follow.
Especially if you are fasting for an extended period of time, you should drink lots of water. Symptoms of dehydration include headaches, lethargy, and others.
To avoid dehydration we should try to be hydrated everytime after the fast means after the iftar and before the suhoor.
Before and after fasting, you must have a balanced diet to ensure that your body receives the necessary nutrients.This is really important to avoid the weaknesses of the body.
When it is time to break your fast, begin with modest, readily digested meals and gradually increase their quantity and complexity. This will help to solve the problems of stomach and headache etc after the iftaar.
Ramadan is a very special month for the Muslims when we are very close to Almighty Allah and seek the guidance and forgiveness by praying regularly and by fasting according to the orders of Almighty.Along with fasting we also try to stay away from the evil deeds.It is starting within 3 to 4 day.We all very excited for that I hope the month will bring happiness.
