What causes men or women to be reluctant to marry?

Marriage is a lifetime something so we must be very prepared for it before jumping into it. We need to plan very well before getting married so that we don't get frustrated while in the everlasting relationship. There are many reasons why people tend to be to get married and they are;

Lack of finance : When people, most especially men don't have enough money or savings at the moment, they won't get married because they know they will seriously crumble in the marriage if they don't have money.

This is why most young guys will always say that they want to make money first before getting married. This particular reason is quite mainly for the men because the ladies aren't breadwinner so they will just be searching for rich young guys to marry.

Unemployment : Most especially here in my country Nigeria, alot of young people are unemployed, I myself who graduated from secondary school last year, experienced this unemployment palaver, can you imagine I searched for a job for 3 months until I gave up and began to learn a skill.

If people don't have a job how will they have the finance to get married, thir unemployment issue is the sole capital of the first reason I talked about. Youths needs to be offered jobs.

Greed : These young people fully know that if they get married, they will be spending their money on wife and children, they have money but they don't fancy marriage.

This kind of people are ready to flex life till they die, they want to enjoy their money alone and they don't know they are getting older each day.

What is the importance of marriage for couples (men and women)?

Marriage is a very wonderful thing God placed on humans as a means to multiply and create generations to generations, the following are few importance of marriage got couples;

• It makes them more matured in life.
• It gives them the opportunity to get children through legal means.
• It makes them responsible citizens of their country as married people are always respected.
• It exposes them to different things in life and so many others.

What are the risks for men and women if they don't get married?

If men and women don't get married and they aren't even Reverend fathers or sisters, alot of things will really happen to them and most of them are even ready to face it. These things are;

• They have disobeyed God because He wants those who are not missionaries, to all get married.
• They won't have anybody from their blood to inherit their properties.
• They won't have better responsibilities.
• Once they die their generation has ended so they need to marry.
• Once they are old and not yet married, people won't associate with them freely.
