Remembering my early days in steemit makes me feel more energized. I tried to sign up for steemit for 3 good months before I finally did it successfully. The first android phone I had which was a second hand phone, was having issues so I wasn't receiving the code in my Gmail account/app.

I almost gave up until I bought a new small android phone and I was surprised when the registration process was going smoothly. I finally signed up and told the person that brought me to this platform James, he told me is a good achievement and he told me to write my achievement 1 post.

Briefly describe your inspirational story about steemit

My early days here weren't easy at all. I finally got verified in the platform and I began to have friends. I posted in few communities and my posts weren't getting nice votes.

I used to trek the long distance from my house to James house under the hot sun just for James to post for me because I haven't understand those markdowns yet until I finally understood them and started posting on my own.

I was so discouraged to the extent I hated steemit with passion then, if you check my profile then you will see things like active 3 days ago, last week and so many others. I was no longer active in the platform and I almost gave up, my friend James was always encouraging me not to give up and he was trying his best to make sure I become known in this platform.

What keeps you energized in writing on the platform?

As we all know, The patient dog eats the fattest bone. I have decided to be patient and work harder because I believe God will bless me. The following are few things that energizes me day by day;

My fellow steemians : I saw that other steemians with reputation lower than mine are doing great in the platform, posting everyday and claiming rewards everyday. I said to myself that if these people can do it why can't I.

Learning : I want to learn something new from the platform everyday that's why I try my best to be active and also post regularly so that whales and other steemians can give me corrections on my posts.

My goal in Steemit

My goals in steemit are brief, I want to drop a legacy here before I have nothing to do with this platform or when steemit ends which I know is impossible. I want to grow to the extent I will have much steem power and become a dolphin in steemit. Like what I said about my goals for steemit last year, I said I will make sure I blog in this platform till my reputation gets to 100. Am sure @sofian88 still remember when I said this.

I know that have only recruited four members to this platform and only three are active but I know that I will recruit more than 15 members soon and I will even have the opposite to recruit more people when I enter university. If I finally acquire the knowledge I need, I will create a community that will be very active and also improve the growth of steemit.

How can I reach my main goal of becoming a dolphin?

Yes becoming a dolphin is one of my goals and I will achieve this by always blogging in this platform and also participating in contests in case I win and get rewarded. I will also vote my fellow steemians posts and power up my steem at all times.

After

Can you provide motivation for other steemian friend?

Yes I can, today and tomorrow can never be the same and anything you are doing make sure you are doing it from your heart and with time God will bless you. Have always told my siblings that the way steemit is right now, is not the way it was one year ago when I was a newbie.

Newbies struggled alot before they could make it, people like me, @precious123, @okere-blessing, @enamul17 and so many others. Since the flow of steemit is now rapid a bit, I urge you all to sit up because if you don't, I wonder how newbies now would have suffered if they were here one year ago.

Is there anything, steemians who keep you motivated and keep your energy in writing on steemit?

Yes, steemians like @bela90 who made so much steem power in her 1st three months. I always say this "How can I steemian I senior with almost 9 months plus in this platform have more steem power and higher reputation than me" I feel so amazed because she has made me to wise up.

@chukwu10 made me to sit up the time he was getting constant votes from @hungry-griffin in steem alliance community. Every week I take time to view his posts and upvotes he receives daily to see how I can improve and I found alot of clue but I posted in that community and got a warning that is a community were only admins and moderators post.

To wrap it all, steemit is a platform where am ready to sacrifice anything for it, I want to be a huge whale in this platform on time and am sure I can achieve this for one year. I wish am not very busy these days, I would have had enough time to comment and vote excessively on people's posts. I thank @afrizalnalka for organizing this contest. Thanks for reading.

I invite @m-fdo, @irawandedy, @patjewell, @chant and @franyeligonzalez to participate in this contest.
