Sleep Disorders: How to Get Rid of It.

I see a lot of articles about sleep disorders, so I decided to share some tips I highly recommend. Remember also that these are just guidelines, if there are no positive changes after doing these tips it is best to consult a doctor.

Drink a glass of water before bed

Even when we are asleep our inner body is still active, which is why we have this Homeostasis, the process of keeping our inner body stable despite the changes taking place in our environment. As we talk about sleep, we will need water to allow our cells to do their job properly while we sleep; staying hydrated throughout the night; and to help remove toxins.

So before going to bed, try to drink at least one glass of water.

Inhalation

The temperature and the smell of your room are one of the most important factors in our sleep. With a high temperature, especially when it is very hot or very cold, our body and mind cannot be fully relaxed, which is why we often experience stress rather than rest.

What to do:

Keep your room in good condition, if you do not have a fan or air-con., And I recommend you open your windows to let the air in and out. There are some people who put plants in their house, especially snake plants in their room

On the other hand, the stench of your bedroom can affect your mood and ruin your sleep. Who can sleep well if his room smells like rotten egg? Sanitation is very important, cleaning it daily. Some like to put a cloth conditioner on their bed sheet, pillow and blanket. While some like to spray a cool scent before bedtime. It's your choice.

Exercise

If you have trouble sleeping, try to exercise in the morning, this will help you to circulate blood better, reduce stress and prevent health problems. If you do not do moderate or strenuous exercise then do yoga.

There are many benefits to yoga. You can search on yt yoga for how to have a regular menstrual cycle, rest / meditation, diet, posture and sleep.

For best results, try not to eat for two hours before going to bed; eat dinner at a set time and set your bedtime to keep your body clock. Avoid soft drinks or hard drinks, perhaps sleepy but wake up with a headache; and coffee as it contains Caffeine. Avoid using gadgets one hour before bed. It is better to read books (not online) or do some art. Sad but true, some people use the Holy Bible as a sleeping pill.

You can search for relaxing music that can help your mind to calm down and sleep. If your mind is still working, try to think of something boring, such as thinking you are asleep; sounds weird but yes boring things can make you sleepy. Btw, don't forget to clean yourself too, wash / wash half before bed.
