Introduction

Greetings to all and sundry on this great platform, with much anticipation and enthusiasm, I write to participate in the ongoing contest right here in this community. If you have a child who is very mad at football (likes football), and you wondering how to train or raise him to be a great footballer in the near future then I leave below with you some clues or ideas on how to train him to be a great footballer one day. The following points explain some of these ideas.

First of all, the attitude and temperament of the child should be developed upon and know how to harness it. The first thing a parent of a child that loves football must do is to teach and help the child with his attitude and temperament. Not only, do the technical skills of a player including pass, shoot, control make up a good player but rather the attitude and temperament are also considered.

When parents teach the child respect, the value of teamwork, hard work, and also a good attitude, it helps the child to pass through any difficulties throughout his journey in football. A child with the best temperament can make it to be a great footballer than the one with a questionable temperament and this is because the one with the best temperament will patiently endure all the hardships especially when the journey gets tougher.

Secondly, the child should be given the chance to always visit and watch live football matches in stadia. Although players do need much training on the field to become better players but also exposing them to live matches in stadia would also build their mental faculty of football. Watching live football matches will help them learn new skills or movements of players they wish to become in the future. When they are exposed to live matches they do learn from players that play in a similar position of their interest.

The child learns how players control and make movements when exposed to live matches and as such helps to develop new skills and movements. Also when children are exposed to the live matches and they see how the players input much hard work and dedication in playing on the field, it will motivate them as well to also play with dedication and hard work.

Lastly, parents should create playing opportunities for the child. This means that, as a parent, when you spot that your child is a football-mad child, then try to make video recordings of him playing and upload them on social media such as YouTube, Facebook, etc. In doing so, it will surprise you that a great chance or opportunity would be created for your child to play in higher teams or leagues.

I believe and hope that the above-listed points can help a parent to train the child to become a great footballer in the near future. I hope my entry would be taken into consideration.

Thank You all for your time and attention.

The child certainly needs lots of opportunities to learn more about the game of football. Incorporating qualities such as respect and hardwork into the kid would make him so much better than the average player.

Great entry. Thank you for your participation.

Thanks for your kind review😊
