Football is one of the wonderful and most popular sports ever. This sport have many followers and fans over the world. It is one of the best sport that united the world and offer a great opportunity for many people very wealthy and great eldership in their nations. Many of people that had engaged in football are very famous than their country's president and world organization's CEO and managers.

MY FAVORITE ROLE IN THE FOOTBALL

There are many roles that are found in this sport that we loved and appreciated. Many people knows the players and think that they are the only people in this sport but they are many others on and off the field of play.

Although the wages of the players are on the high and are highly published for the image of the club, but I will like to serve in another crucial role in this sport.

CLUB PRESIDENT

A club president is the figurehead of the club and shape the aim and sets goals for the club and arrange the approaches and policies to achieve those set target for the club.

A club president organized the overall affairs of the club to fits in the modern football strategies. He sat together with other directors and officers to manage the club's organization and goals. A good club president equip with very good administrative abilities will enhance the club's performance and status in that club's football league.

Although the different and several activities of the club are effectively handled by different managers or directors. These directors sat comfortably on several affairs of the club. The better activities of the club in those area rested solely on the shoulder of those directors or manager. For instance, the club manager focused on the on and off performance of the football players which will improve the overall performance of the club but there are still other logistics to be seriously considered to encourage those performance of those players like the medical services, club's psychologist, club's pastor and guardian counsellor etc. But all these directors are under the supervision and watch of the club president.

The election and appointment of the club president is very important and competitive because of the roles that position and person in that chair performed. The club owners, governmental agencies and other organizations are very interested in that position because of the power of that position.

MY QUALITIES AND ABILITIES

• Administrative and managerial skills
  However, a good club's president must have a good administrative and managerial skills, this quality will be helpful to conduct the abilities of those directors effectively. I have been in many positions and organizations where I performed greatly and steer them for better with many achievement.

• Drive
  I'm personally motivated and have strong drive to achieve than whatever I gotten last sessions. This is a strong force that a club president must abide with to get more. The competitive nature of the football can lead to headache and emotional pain to many people. But, to me, this competitive spirit always encourage me to do more to win.

• Good listening and working abilities.

A great leader must be a good follower

This sayings rightly applies because A club president must be able to listen good feedback from the directors and get ready to articulate the best way in order to plan with those response and feedback to achieve the club's goals and aim.

• Good strategizer.
  A good club's president strategies will be helpful in achieving great aim. To get the club's aim, a good approaches, goals and policies should be enacted and followed religiously to achieve that aim. As a good strategizer, I have many ways to achieve a goal which is very good and optimized.

CONCLUSION

A good club president always shape the club's performance in the several leagues. But, the role of the club president are highly appreciated and respectful. This popular sports ever, Football is very important to us all.
