The best quality of a player I loved most is the technique (technicality)
This is because, in football, technique refers to the universal or general language used or spoken globally that's helps a player to have a great mindset to read and understand the tactics of the game. The technicality of a player helps the player to have a the following

1. Vision
2. Read and understand position role
3. Awareness and adaptivity of tactics
4. Application of skills under pressure
   Also, the technicality of the player always gives the player to do whatever he or she wants with the ball even under pressure which includes the movement of the ball and the movement of their body with the ball.
   Modern football is all about tactics and it's needs players with good technique that's why the top and best coaches like Pep Gurdiola, Klopp, Tuchel, etc always goes for technical players.
   Most of the world best players are technically matured without no doubt.
