The Champions League is getting more interesting as it approaches the end of this season's competition. In the last season (2020), it was Bayern Munich that took the trophy home while Liverpool won season before last that is, in 2019. So, in this season, who will win? I cannot tell but I'd be glad if Liverpool does.
On 19th March, the draws for the Champions League quarter-finals was out and as anticipated, it was quite interesting to behold. It is a stage where the best plays against the best and only the best of the bests will be crowned champions in the end.
The most interesting fixtures for me is that of Bayern Munich vs Paris St Germain. Bayern Munich are the defending Champions and they have done well. Bayern Munich are still gearing up to win this season's trophy following their aggressive and highly-composed team but I wouldn't want that.
So, I'm predicting PSG to win Bayern and then proceed to the semis. Equally, I don't want Bayern Munich winning the trophy in a row. It could be a strong record to break. On the other hand, Liverpool will be up against Real Madrid. Of course you know, I'll tip Liverpool to qualify and they will.
There's no way Madrid will win Liverpool again remembering what they did to us in 2019 finals. Aside from the lose, Sergio Ramos broke Salah's right arm which led to Mo Salah being substituted. So, I'm expecting these two games to be very tough ones. It's time for Liverpool to revenge
