Pumpkin Fryrice, My favourite dish when I visit Japanese restaurant.
Not all Japanese restaurant have this, but if they do; you must to try.
The taste are much better than any fried rice, of course with the pumpkin.
This are cooked with Sushi rice, the grains are so good that you can tastes each single grains of the rice.
