Hello everyone I hope you are doing well. Once again if you go over my thoughts on the rule set and give me some feedback if I am correct or wrong you can win 750 DEC. I hope a lot of you are still playing the game. I hope that we get some more people to play the game soon. I have some pretty cool news to show you. After my investment into the game, I made it to Champion level 2 for the first time in a while.
I also wanted to share this website with you it shows that I am now a @tipu curator on Hive. If I do really well maybe I have a shot at the list on Steem also. Right now as I am a fan of the game most of the stuff I am curating is posts about the game. So this is one more reason to post about the game one Hive. Also if anyone wants to help me move up the ranks you can check that link and vote for any post that hasn't paid out. I tend to aim for stuff I think has a shot at big votes so if you vote before that big vote comes you have a shot at some good curation too. Just wanted to share that no one has to support me on those post.
Super Sneak the game mode that some ignore and some love. It seems like if it is high mana then people really use all Melle guys that are strong. But if the Mana is low then some times you will not see them do it. Another thing is you will sometimes find a guy that uses all mages and armor and blows away all your melee guys before they can do much damage. This mode seem pretty simple. Yet I find a lot more setups thank you would think. I have tried a few different things with this mode and sometimes it works great other times it fails. One idea I use is the death team with stacking minus to melee attacks with a shield guy in the last spot. When that works they can't even kill your last guy. It is funny how easy the win is like this match. Until they use all ranged or mages and beat me easy. What I do like in general is a nice solid tank in the first position that is meant to win a fight vs another tank. Self Heal and Shield and fast is all a plus. Then I try to put in melee guys that are fast and won't die to thorns really fast. Face it lots of people put someone with Thorns in the last spot. Armor is a plus here is the Life team is good, so is Earth and Fire. Water is the only team I don't see often. Unless it is reverse speed as their big guys are slow. I would like to know your thoughts on if you make a melee team for this or just work out a normal team with a strong guy to take hits in the last spot.
UpClose and Personal rule is all about a few major things to me. Armor, Speed, and ways to attack from the back row. This is why Melee Monsters like the Red Dragon with Magic attack or ranged like The Vigilator are good adds if the mana allows. Sneak, Opportunity, and Reach are all major things to look for. I like the Dragon team because of a line up like this I am not sure of a team that has such a strong lineup. Fire can be good and so can Life. Amor and self-heal are good things but if all your monsters can attack and a few of theirs can't, well then you're going to win. Also using Taunt as I did like that fight can be a good move. If your sneak guys or opportunity guys can roam around killing others while theirs are stuck hitting your big taunting tank that can win you the game. Let me know if you think you could beat my line up with another team. I just don't see a better one. You will always want your first two monsters to be strong. Your main tank and ranged monster need to win that front line fight. Or you are going to lose. Life has a good sneak team for this mode and with armor, it is pretty good. They are a great team. Earth has a lot of strong golems that can be used but are not always able to attack from the back. Still, you can do a set up with team that is okay. Let me know who you like in this mode.
Weak Magic aka must have armor to win. Life gets a boost in the mode for sure. As they have the most guys with armor to start and with protection. But Protection is on other teams now so this isn't so one-sided. There is even a neutral monster that can do it. I know some people might not like this but I use death sometimes. The reason is I like poison in this mode. It is the only damage that can skip the armor. Now there are other teams with some poison cards but death has two good ones for lower mana matches. Life can also use poison but my second team to use is Earth, like I did here. The set up I did might not look that good for the mode but I figured I might seed splash damage. Given I thought it would be from the blast and from ranged guys not a mage but it worked. In low mana, I will just forgo the armor on Earth and hope the extra heals and HP can win the day. Still, Life is best I just have a weak life team. In big mana matches sometimes I go Water. I will still use the big mages with armor from protection and watch them hit hard enough to win anyways sometimes. But I need to be able to play the big mages. Or I don't try that. It also fails pretty badly sometimes. I think you are best to stick with armor guys and ranged attacks with poison if you can. Piercing is also a good idea if you have cards with it. My main teams for this are Life, Water, Earth. Life and water for lower mana Earth for higher mana so I can use The Spirit of the Forest.
I am also done wit the rules. Then I will do post will all the links and maybe make some edits to make it better. After that, I will be looking for a new idea for a post about Splinterlands. So if you have any ideas let me know. I use to write stories. Would you read them and give feedback for fun? Or do you want me to cover some of the markets? Or lending and 3 party sites? Just a few thoughts I have had. Or would you like videos that went over this stuff so you could watch?
I do have a winner to show you from the last one of these. The winner from this post on Steem and on Hive is

Good post here @stever82.
Super Sneak - You counted all strategies. I could only say this. The rule adds the rare as additional heavy hit place 6 to the place 1. IMO, and with experience in lower levels only, heavy ranged-magic hitting team could do great here but with the main focus on snipers and a well placed shield monster at 6th. To conclude, this is a game of surprising the enemy with pressing either 1st or 6th, and I think using all possible snipers here will do the job because of being great in both 2 enemy strategies. Also, fixing some minor aspects is needed but that would make me go too long here.
UpClose@Personal - I have only one best strategy. Taunting Kraken at 6th, Goblin Mech at 1st and the rest ranged and healer. Selenia Sky with water splinter.
Weak Magic - I think this is like Standard rule with addition that you can freely use monsters like Goblin Mech that normally suffer from heavy magic enemy team.
Cheers!
