A Welcome Gift

I may have written how tough the final year was. So I am not going to say the same in this post. But after all of that busy and tired period, we were hopefully waiting for these days to come. A vacation. I studied thinking about a vacation. Finally, it came.

There were plenty of things that I planned to do during the vacation; numerous plans knowing that I would only do a few of them. I was not happy that I thought after the exam as the last paper was very difficult. But finally, it was over. After a long time, I had a peaceful sleep without guilt or stress, with the hope of going home the next day.

The next day morning, I found myself feeling not okay, but there were no clues of anything. I thought its because of the stress and hard work that I had to do in the last days. I had plans for the morning and then I hoped to go home. But plans were cancelled because I was not feeling okay. And when time goes by, I found that I had fever. I drank some pills and slept and I came home.

So everything I hoped to do was just dreams for those days. That was the most painful fever that I had in my life. Even my mum scared thinking that this might be dengue fever. All I did was sleeping, keep lying on bed, eating some of the things that mum gave me and taking pills.

First week of my vacation passed with the sickness. Now I feel better. No fever. But I don't have apetite. That is for good I guess or I will be fat when I will be leaving home.

I bought 3 books from library. This one got my heart when I read this page at the library. So I chose it to start the vacation. I started reading it. It has many pages. Let's see how many I will read.
