I don't think i am yet eligible to write on this theme because i have not achieved waht i want to. So for me, success is achieving something that you want to. However, i would love to share my views on this matter. My secrets of success are not something unusual or alien that you may not be aware of. It include things which we all are aware with like

Setting a goal is the key step to be successful . Goal is actually success in itself. One thing will remain constant with every life hack and that is hard work. Without hardwork every exercise is futile.

Now coming to goal settings. Let me share a real life experiance with you. When i was in class 9th , i decided to become a doctor. At that time, i came across a book at my home, borough by my uncle . I don't remember name of the book but i still remember the Story that was important for me at that time and the story was about " How to set a goal " And the Story goes like this :

There was a hunter living nearby a forest. He had 2 disciples (D1 & D2) , whom he used to teach hunting skills. Once upon a time , they went for hunting into a nearby forest . Hunter saw a bird sitting on a tall and dense tree . He told his desciples to aim at the bird's eyes. D1 at the bird's right eye and D2 at the bird's left eye . So that was the goal for them. As they shot, D1 hit exactly at the bird's right eye where as D2 completely missed the target.

The Hunter than asked D1, what did he saw, while aiming at the target ? He replied that, he saw bird and and dense branch of the tree and a beautiful sky in the background . Then he asked D2 , what did he saw when he was aiming at the target ? He replied that , he saw bird's right eye and nothing else.

Then he told D2 who missed the target that, the way of setting goal to be achieved should be like the D1. Be blind for the surrounding attraction. They may be attraction for someone but distraction for you.

To sum up, to be successful , setting a goal is primary step. On way there may be temporarily attraction other than the set goal. Don't fall prey to them .

Something similar happened to me too. Being a med as well as non-med student. I wanted to be doctor but before that my engeeniering results were declared and i qualified at National level. My parents insisted me to join but i was adamant not to do so but pursue medical career. And i was fortunate enough to go through. Had i yielded to advice of others, no doubt i may have been financially stable but i wouldn't have been able to do justice with my profession

As mentioned above, next step after setting goal is doing sincere efforts to achieve goal. Without hardwork nothing is possible. Another important step worth mentioning along with hardwork is consistency. Let me examplify , It is futile to work 20 hours a day followed by no work for next 3 days, instead sane practice is 5 hours each day. Being good everyday is better than being great on a particular day. A student cannot expect to qualify even with least percentage in examination without hardwork. More hardwork will lead to better grades . A businessman cannot expect money to flow into bank accounts by not putting in efforts. You cannot expect a glass of water to come to your table by itself when you feel thirsty without picking it up from source. In short, without hardwork nothing is attainable.

Time management is key to success. Being able to manage time well, helps one to have better control over life. Otherwise one has to follow the flow. Being limited and non stoppable, effective management is vital for efficient outcome. Few worth mentioning points favouring importance of effective management from my experience , that don't need any explanation are better decision making, stress free life, more learning, more earning and therefore more succees.

Numerous time management tools are available, online as well as offline, which are helpful to effective utilization of time. You can make use of mobile apps, computer softwares, calenders, personnel diaries etc.

As saying goes "Success is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm " . Failure is not failing down but failure is, not trying to get up after falling down. Failure shouldn't be taken as final but instead a lesson to drag us on right path. Never take failure as final, it is a signal on way to success.

Whenever i feel low in life, i resort to means which boost me like youtube. I would like you to Search for succeess stories of people who have failed and than got up to work hard again and achieved success. YOUTUBE is an excellent tool in this regard.

To be successful, set a realistic goal, work hard, be consistent and make proper use of time to reach where you want. Identify your own weaknesses and work on them. Make proper use of your strengths. Don't let failures depress you . Just keep going and success will be all yours.
