Another good news for marvel fans this year must have definitely been "Thor: Love and Thunder". I'm not gonna write about how amazing it had been or where the movie fails the fans as they have already been discussed over and over again now. What I wanna press upon the birth of the new villain character: Gorr - who desires the extinction gods. But what's fascinating is he was once a devoted disciple of gods. So what made his character turned upside down? What made his devotion turned into vengeance?

Gorr was a disciple of God Rapu who had faith in God Rapu in his hardest times in life. Gorr seek the aid of God of Eternity after losing his daughter but what he met with was a self-absorbed God. His faith and devotion were answered by mockery and lack of empathy. Gorr decided to take shelter in "Necrosword" ( which has the ability to kill gods), instead of pleading for eternity. I could not stop but think how a great tragedy would have been stopped if his devotion was returned with kindness.
There are certain things that people forget when they stand high in the hierarchy. But at the same time, they forget that those steppingstones are the very reasons that aid them to stand in the hierarchy. The outcome may not be so fancy when you take things for granted. And the birth of this villain reminds me of that!
Beautifully written! Still I couldn't watch this. Seems like it has a good story.
