I have discussed about fruits and nuts so far. So, today I thought to share with you about healthy vegetables and their benefits with you. Since different vegetable given different nutrition, we should not align with few vegetables when they are adding to our meal plans. Let’s have a look at them.
1. Carrots
Carrots are contained with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, potassium, beta carotene, fiber, Vitamin K1 and antioxidants. They have lots of health benefits.
Carrots are support to our healthy vision since it contains vitamin A. Help to protect us from cancers. Not only that carrots balance your blood sugar as well. They are good for weight management. Furthermore, carrots help to maintain good blood pressure. Support to our immunity and good for heart health.
2. Spinach
This is a good healthy vegetable. Since it contains lots of nutrients it called as superfood. It is packed with Vitamin A, C, K, calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium and potassium and many more. Let’s check the benefits.
It prevents you from stomach and mouth cancers. Reduces blood sugar since it is rich in antioxidants and fiber. Good for bone health since it contains calcium. It is good for your eye health. And also keeps your brain functioning normally. Not only that boots your immunity system.
3. Green Beans
Green beans are good sources of vitamin C, A, K, B-6, E, thiamin, niacin, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc.
It helps to control hunger and promote better bone health. Not only that, but it also helps to boost your immune system since it has vitamin C. Furthermore, it contains minerals and other nutrients it helps to your heart’s health. Green beans could help you fell more energized as well.
