Years give us experiences and assimilated experiences are learnings. I'm going to share my life experience, and thus I hope to contribute to the success of any goal you may set.
When we are young we do not follow any guidelines; equally, we can be successful. But when we are adults, and time is important, it is necessary to handle simple planning tools to achieve success with the least physical, intellectual, and spiritual effort, and also to manage our times is indispensable.
In fewer words, less effort and maximum benefit.

Achievable goals
For example, "I want to buy a cell phone," "I want to buy my house," "I want to go to college," "I want to learn digital drawing".
We must visualize the goal because everything else is defined by it.
Precise objectives
For example, if I want to learn how to make digital drawings the objectives will be:
Make an online course on digital drawing.
Practice every day (3 hours).
Investigate recognized artists of digital drawing.
After several weeks I will reach the goal of learning to draw. I will not be a renowned artist (because that was not the goal), or maybe I will not have a work of art (that was not the goal either). I have only learned to do digital drawings because that was my goal.
Plan

The plan is based on the objectives. Each objective is achieved in a certain way.
For example, an online course requires connection and time, among others.
Why am I talking about an algorithm? Because I must have alternatives. The online course can be free or paid. If I can't pay for a course I should look for free courses.
If I can pay for an online course my alternatives can be in the availability of money I have to choose the best course.
Another alternative is linked to time. Do I want to do a quick course or a short course?
When we have mapped out the path we must have the attitude of flexibility. This is very important to avoid frustration.
If something doesn't work out, let's be flexible and change the plan.
The goal will still be the same but we will try it another way.
Actions
I'm going to explain it simply. The dance is learned by dancing.
If I want to learn to dance I must practice dance classes. If I want to buy a cell phone, I must work to have money and save. If I want to draw, I learn by drawing.
Everything in life is achieved in gerund, that is, by doing things.
It's not enough to think or dream a wish. You have to do actions around your goals.
Perseverance

Many unpredictable can arise before we achieve our goals. I suggest stopping, reassessing the situation, and then moving on to the goal.
Perseverance is not stubbornness. Perseverance is the conviction and certainty of what we wish to achieve.
The path to success has no secrets. The road to success is the attitude we have to succeed in our goals.
Health

Health is linked to our circadian rhythms. Circadian rhythms are the oscillations (times) of our metabolic variables. If our body is in its correct oscillation, our performance is better.
Success is in your hands and your mind! Believe it!
All the goals I have set in my life I have achieved. Since my 30 years I started using this system and it's very useful.

Pero cuando somos adultos, y el tiempo es importante, es necesario manejar herramientas sencillas de planificación para alcanzar los éxitos con el menor esfuerzo físico, intelectual y espiritual, y además administrar nuestros tiempos es indispensable.
En menos palabras, menor esfuerzo y máxima ganancia.

Metas alcanzables
Por ejemplo, “quiero comprar un celular”, “deseo comprar mi casa”, “quiero hacer una carrera universitaria”, “quiero aprender dibujo digital”.
La meta debemos visualizarla porque todo lo demás se define en función de ella.
Objetivos precisos
Por ejemplo, si yo quiero aprender a hacer dibujos digitales los objetivos serán:
Hacer un curso online de dibujo digital.
Practicar todos los días (3 horas).
Investigar artistas reconocidos de dibujo digital.
Después de varias semanas alcanzaré la meta de aprender a dibujar. No seré un artista renombrado (porque esa no fue la meta), o tal vez no tendré una obra de arte (esa tampoco fue la meta). Solamente he aprendido a hacer dibujos digitales porque esa fue mi meta.
Plan

El plan se basa en los objetivos. Cada objetivo se logra de una manera determinada.
Por ejemplo, un curso online requiere conexión y tiempo, entre otros.
¿Por qué hablo de algoritmo? Porque debo tener alternativas. El curso online puede ser gratuito o pagado. Si yo no puede pagar un curso debo buscar cursos gratuitos.
Si puedo pagar un curso online mis alternativas pueden ser en la disponibilidad de dinero que poseo para escoger el mejor curso.
Otra alternativa está vinculada al tiempo. ¿Quiero hacer un curso rápido o un curso breve?
Cuando hemos trazado el camino debemos tener la actitud de flexibilidad. Esto es muy importante para evitar frustraciones.
Si algo no nos sale bien, seamos flexibles y cambiemos el plan.
La meta seguirá siendo la misma pero lo intentaremos de otra manera.
Acciones
Lo voy a explicar de manera sencilla. Bailar se aprende bailando.
Si yo deseo aprender a bailar debo practicar clases de baile. Si yo deseo comprar un celular debo trabajar para tener dinero e ir ahorrando. Si yo deseo dibujar aprendo dibujando.
Todo en la vida se logra en gerundio, es decir haciendo las cosas.
No basta con pensar o con soñar un deseo. Hay que hacer acciones en torno a las metas.
Perseverancia

Muchos imponderables pueden surgir antes de lograr nuestras metas. Yo sugiero detenerse, reevaluar la situación y, luego, seguir hacia la meta.
La perseverancia no es obstinación. La perseverancia es el convencimiento y la certeza de lo que deseamos lograr.
El camino del éxito no tiene secretos. El camino hacia el éxito es la actitud que tengamos para triunfar hacia nuestras metas.

La salud está vinculada con nuestros ritmos circadianos. Los ritmos circadianos son las oscilaciones (tiempos) de nuestros variables metabólicas. Si nuestro cuerpo está en su oscilación correcta, nuestro rendimiento es mejor.

I believe in the flexibility of plans. That's why it's important to have alternatives.
If you want a new phone. One goal is to earn money to buy it. What happens if you don't get enough money?
Answers: a) find a cheaper phone b) change your brand c) find more money, etc.
If we have several alternatives we can achieve the goal.
We must learn that if we repeat the same method without changing anything, we will have the same result. That is why we must have alternatives and flexibility.

Simple!
I eat 5 times a day.
Breakfast (the most important meal).
Snack (10am) a fruit
Lunch: protein + carbohydrates
Snack 4pm: something light (cookie, a piece of cake or something similar)
Dinner: Light meal. No carbohydrates.
7 hours of sleep.
It really works.
People think sleep is not important. Wrong!
The hours of rest allow us to be more productive and more creative.
