This week was very important for me because one of my sisters had a birthday, and I was left with the responsibility of buying gifts on behalf of the family 😅 My husband accompanied me in this task, and on Tuesday we headed to a nearby mall to fulfill the mission 😎
The funny thing about it all is that, while we were trying to find something for my sister, my husband and I were finding things we liked 😅 In the end we ended up buying things for ourselves first 🤭.
But don't think we failed in the mission, because in the end we found some perfect details for my sister, closing the outing by sharing some delicious ice cream 😋 That's why I love being the designated shopper, because I take the opportunity to distract myself too.

When the special day came, my sister was very happy with her gifts, so our mission was successful 🤩 Something I didn't tell you is that my husband was in charge of making the cake, and to please the birthday girl, he made a covered carrot chocolate and strawberries, it was delicious!
Despite not being able to throw a big party, my sister had an excellent time and that's the important thing. I thank God for giving him another year of life, because we are united as a family and because he is in good health. It was a nice celebration ✨
