TIME FOR HEALTH Writing Contest Week 01 : Healthy Tips I Follow

It is an awesome and very interesting contest organized by @anusha96. So nice concept. Some times I think why people skip all these nice contests!

Before talking about health tips, let me state my health situation. I am currently in good health condition except I am wearing spectacles. 🤓 I am thin but have enough weight and I am in the Normal BMI range.

The following are some health tips I follow intentionally.


01. Walking
I don't do any physical exercise especially. But I walk as much as I can. For shorter distances, I never use vehicles if I comfortable enough to walk.

Also, I use the staircase as much as I can, to climb to the nearest floors. It can be the 1st floor to the 4th floor. It provides good exercise for my feet. It strengthens the muscles and also good for bones.

02. Balancing Sugar
Excess of sugar consumption is a big problem now. But I always try to avoid unnecessary sugar consumption. If I had sweets in a particular day, I don't consume tea with sugar. Most of the time, I have tea without sugar but with some dates. Natural fructose are better than processed fructose. So even for fruit salad and smoothies, I don't add sugar.

03. Natural Remedies
Today, there are thousands of creams, oils, and other products. In real life, I rarely use makeup so it helps to keep the skin without damage. In necessary situations, I use natural remedies for hair and skin cleanups. Especially with coconut oil, olive oil, aloe vera, turmeric, and honey.

04. Water
Drinking enough water is more important to everyone. I don't measure water from glasses, I measure from my water bottle. :) It is a 550ml bottle. I fill it about 5 - 6 times a day.

I don't drink Tea at all, that's the secret of my fitness :)

Daily walk, Tea without sugar, and drinking water at regular intervals is certainly an awesome habit that I do follow as well.

I drink a glass of milk instead. I don't like the taste of Tea but I like cold coffee.

Especially with coconut oil, olive oil, aloe vera, turmeric, and honey.
