Birthday celebration 🎉️🎊️🎂

As I said in the previous post, my cousin celebrated his birthday last Wednesday. So one of the things I enjoyed was making a beautiful cake for his birthday. I still can't really grasp some of the measurements here when making a cake. But I will try my best to get a better output than before.

One of the benefits I got from this corona condition was that I was able to try some things. Getting used to making cakes is such a thing. Before the Corona condition, we ate cakes brought from the store whenever we wanted to eat cakes or for any other special occasion. But now, we always try to make food at home.

I think he may have guessed that we had forgotten his birthday. Because even though we bought clothes that day, we only showed the clothes that we bought for us. Usually, he is the one who buys all the ingredients needed to make a cake. He did not know we were going to make a cake because I had brought it all with me when I came this time.

So, after he went to the office, my sister and I made a delicious cake. Most of the time, when I make a cake, I add powdered sugar to it. So we do not feel a strong sweet taste. But due to a technical error in the blender, it was not possible to grind sugar. Therefore, the sweetness of the sugar is slightly higher. After making the cake, it was too sweet, and I thought it would not be good to ice it too much.

So, in the meantime, our little one wanted to make her own handmade card for her father's birthday. Even though she is only four years old, she can now write the English alphabet. Since she could not do big things, I also helped her make a simple card.I think that was the best gift which my brother got.

We initially thought we were not going to wish our brother until he returned home in the evening. But then we thought of giving him gifts and wishing him well in the morning. He was really pleased with the little gifts we gave him. In the evening, we got together and cut the cake to celebrate his birthday very simply.

No matter how small the gift we give, it can be a precious gift that will last a lifetime. It's really great if we can surprise and delight another person, especially at an unexpected time. Because bringing happiness to someone is a very difficult thing to do. If we can make someone happy with words and deeds, that is the best thing we can do in our life❤.
