La verdad es que un Líder debe ser muy creativo, debe ser constante y disciplinado (eso me lo enseñó ud).

Cuando tenemos un Líder que es creativo, el ambiente es mucho más alegre y dinámico, es una alegría llegar al trabajo. Todo el equipo trabaja en función de los objetivos establecidos y se apoyan mutuamente con todo lo que hay que hacer, siempre hay una buena disposición.

Un Líder debe siempre estar creando nuevas maneras de hacer las cosas, nunca se queda con lo que sabe, investiga, aprende y de ahí su capacidad de ser creativo.

Los Líderes deben siempre estar viendo hacia adelante y hacia atrás, evaluar procesos, a los miembros del equipo, a todos con justicia y equidad.

When we have a Leader who is creative, the environment is much more cheerful and dynamic, it is a joy to get to work. The whole team works according to the established objectives and they support each other with everything that needs to be done, there is always a good disposition.

A Leader must always be creating new ways of doing things, he never stays with what he knows, investigates, learns and hence his ability to be creative.
