Hello, my dear friend. Today, as I was typing a post for a power-up contest, my son asked if I had anything from Gampaha Town that he could buy because he was going there. I don't want to buy anything, but I need to get my hair cut and eyebrows set. So, I told him that if he had told me earlier, I would have come with him to get my hair cut. He asked to come because he could wait until I arrived. But because I hadn't gotten a shower, I said I needed to get a shower as well. Then he said he'd wait until I got a shower, so I dashed to the bathroom to take a shower.
I got ready in 20 minutes and went with him. My usual haircut place is Saloon Cherish, I drop it off there and promise to call him when my work is over.
Unfortunately, when I go there, my familiar lady, the shop owner, has gone abroad to visit his son, and she will return in 3 months. There were three more girls, but I wasn't sure if they could meet my requirements. Though there are numerous saloons in Gampaha town, I am hesitant to visit them because they are unfamiliar to me.
I asked one of those girls if she could cut my hair like their madam do. As she had promised to do so, I decided to get my service from the same saloon because she had promised to do so.
Because there were several ladies in line at the time, I had to wait until my turn came. After an hour, it was my turn, and I sat for brow shaping and haircutting. This time, I was dissatisfied with my haircut because it was not neatly done. My normal haircut is called a mushroom haircut because it looks like a mushroom after it's been cut. But there was no such look this time, and the haircut was standard.
Anyway, I had to pay Rs. 1,900.00 for both the haircut and the brow set, and I thanked them before leaving.
Before I called my son, I went shopping for two blouses to wear at home. But, since there were no blouses in my choice, I called my son and went home.
My son also commented that this time haircut was as beautiful as it had been in the past. But had nothing to do, until my familiar lady arrived. I had to be satisfied with their service.
