Today I am going to tell you about a short film I watched. It's a Sri Lankan short movie.

We know that many short films from different countries of the world have been screened. In Sri Lanka, the production of short films is at a very low level. This is due to various weaknesses in the Sri Lankan film industry.

Sri Lankan film directors are not able to launch their own creations. I feel like it's more about not trying than not being able. What they often do is remake a movie that belongs to another country. That's really unfortunate.

Unlike in the past, almost everyone in the present generation definitely watches movies, TV series or short movies and most of them have good taste. As a result, there is a lot of people who are passionate about cinema. People like @praveenw96.😌 They have a wide range of knowledge, understanding and experience about cinema. Using that knowledge and experience, they are also motivated to create different productions. Actually, it is something to be greatly appreciated. So Sneha is such an endeavor.

I'm not one to watch so many short movies. But I watched this perchance. This is beautiful and a good production that can be seen after a long time.

Sneha was directed by Mahela Hettiarachchi. This was his debut film. Radhini Indiwari and Thilini Jayamali are starring as the cast here. According to me, the direction and acting of this short film were at a very high level. Even though it's not a big budget, the quality of this is high. A very attractive music track has also been used here and there're some beautiful drone shots also.

If I could give you a little idea of the story in this, a girl goes to her boyfriend's house to seem him. I'm not going to say what will happen next. Instead, I invite you to watch this. This subtly brings to us a rough story that is happening today. At the end of 10 minutes, you will have a slight shock for sure.
