What are the key traits of a good leader ?

There are many traits of a good leader. Some of the traits are :

Leadership

Clear Vision of the Path.
Honesty.
Community skills.
Responsibility
Inspire.

Clear Vision of the Path :

A good leader knows that where to go and also helps other people to show the path.It is one the traits of the Leader.

Honesty :

A grood leader should tell the truth and always fulfill his promises.This is also one the trait of a good leader .

Communication Skills :

A good leader should listen to things carefully and also explain it to other people so that they could be understood that what the leader want to say .

Responsibility :

A good leader has the responsibility of the other of his fellows about the success and failure and he is responsible for his actions.

Inspire :

A good leader also motivates his fellows to do their work more in a good way.means to do work well .

How does leadership differ from management?

In Leadership

the leader guides their fellows towards to do a work and also inspire to do the work well. The leader has the trust of his fellows.The leaders made its decision on the basis of its long time goals.In short the leadership is basically guiding people abut a vision .

In Management

The managers focus on planning and seeing that who the work is going on and they also check thatis the work is don't according to the plan or not.Manager make disions which depends on the data .In management is about that ensure that the task is done by the people well.

Why is self-awareness important in leadership?

The self awareness in the leadership is very important because when the leader knows all of his strengs and weaekesses he could be able to make good decisions and also can communicate to his fellows in a better way and also can build the trust of his fellows on himself (leader).Self-aware makes a leader more confident and also then the leader can do work bit easily when he knows his strengths and weakness.
