◉ What steps can leaders take to make better decisions?

There are so many steps leaders can take which will make help them take better decisions but I'm going to emphasize on ten (10) of them which I get in touch with at the moment.

The first one on my list here is;

1. A leader must be wise; when a leader is wise there is every tendencies to take a good and better decisions in his leadership.

2. Knowing the purpose of leading.; when a leader knows what is the main purpose of him leading a group of people, he will know what decision will help him and make his leadership easy and successful.

3. Having a group for people (executives) who also contributes towards decisions; having people who contributes to the decisions will help make a better decision in a leadership. Two heads are better than one. A tree cannot make a forest so it needs others support in terms of decisions making.

4. For a leader to take a good decision, he must also be humble to accept mistakes and take corrections from the expert. No one is perfect, even being a leader doesn't mean he is the best, he can also make mistakes.

5. A good decision making leader must work with wise men, who can influence him to become wise in decision making. Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are.

6. A good leader in decision making must be patient, things may not be going well at the first place, patient can fix everything.

7. A decision making leader must be courageous in taking his decision, when taking good decision people will also be against you, the fact is - be courageous to stand by what you decide as long as is right.

8. Boldness should also be involved, being bold to declare you decisions to your follower wil help in taking better decisions.

9. Less in anger; normally there will be people who are annoying, but as a good leader you don't have to follow them so you won't make mistakes in your decisions.

10. Finally put God first in your decisions making

◉ How can a leader balance logic and intuition in decision making?

The way a leader can balance logic and intuition in decision making is as follow

• Accepting the past mistakes and focus on the present and future building. This will help balance the logic in decision making.

• Seeking advice from expert or experience people; this will really help a lot, many people have already gone through the process of leading like how you do, there are a lot of task skills they have, they can help with advice to balance the logic of decisions making.

• Reading of books: a leader that must be successful in decision making must read books that will help the the aspect of his leading. A leader is a reader

◉ Why is it important for leaders to take accountability for their decisions?

Without proper decisions making every leadership can never be successful, leading with making a good leadership is not a good record for a responsible person, so it's very crucial for a person to make sure good decisions are taken in his tenure of leading.

Without better decisions making, they will be misunderstanding that will not be fix, they will be quarrelling that will turn to fight and probably kill can take place.

That's why better decisions are vital.
