The Diary Game (Breakfast) |

As I am going to share with you guys my first meal which is mine about breakfast.Breakfast is one of the most important things in our diet .And our morning breakfast should always be healthy to provide us with enough energy and energy to keep our body active throughout the day.
That's why I always like to eat healthy in my breakfast since childhood and I always eat egg in it, so my morning breakfast, it had partha with ghee and egg and a cup of tea. This is my healthiest breakfast ever.

Then in the middle of the day around 12:00 pm I eat some fruits etc. which are very important for my health and recommended by the doctor because my BP goes down quite a bit. Because it is very important to eat fruits one at a time and at this time I am eating some of these fruits.
These fruits and juices are recommended by my doctor which I must take once a day..
Afternoon (Lunch) |

Then after that it's the turn of my lunch which we cook any vegetable or something like that because that is usually prepared at home then in my lunch it used to be all vegetable rotis etc. .
I made mixed vegetables in my lunch and ate the same and I had it with yogurt This was my lunch and this is my afternoon meal.

After that, around five to six in the evening, you guys know that we are all Pakistanis, whether it is hot or cold, tea is always made in our house and something is eaten with tea.
So at that time tea is made in our house and some snacks are fried along with it, so I eat these snacks with my tea in the today evening.
Dinner 🍽️ |

Around 9 to 10 o'clock we have our dinner and in the dinner there are not too many delicacies but normal food is cooked like every house cooks, so in my house red masar dal and boiled rice with it. I had my meal with rice and some healthy salads and pickles because it is the heartiest food in my opinion.

Hello dear, how are you? I hope you are well. You first started your diary with breakfast. You mentioned that breakfast keeps the human body healthy. So this is exactly your point.
If a person does not have breakfast, he does not have energy and cannot work, and our stomach is also empty in the morning. If we don't give anything to the stomach, it also doesn't work properly. So you had breakfast with egg paratha and you drank tea with it.
Then at 12 o'clock you eat fruit, which is also recommended by the doctor. Then you had lunch with mixed vegetables and yogurt. Then you have tea before evening and you have fried it with it.
Now it was night time, so in the dinner you had prepared a great dinner. In which there were dal masar and boiled rice. It is a very good food. I am very happy to read it.
