It's so obvious special bites are what distinguishes cities from others, although there are other things but trust me, when you locate a city with nice and special bites, you bet to remain there.
In my city there are various bites that dusting my city from others. We have special soups, different types of rice, yam and sauce, burger, sandwiches, pizza and the rest of them. My city is seen as one of the best cities in my country that have special dishes.

These special bites can be found in various places in the city. I have a particular place where I usually enjoy this special bites in my city, Killimanjaro

Killimanjaro prepares the best Jollof rice anyone could think of, their moi moi is amazing and I am one person that don't eat out but if I tell you this is good, then it is.
I go there once in a while and I also enjoy these bites with my friend especially when she visits. The place is spacious, and well arranged for anyone who chooses to enjoy themselves.

Let me share a recipe for Yam and egg sauce
• Yam
• Tomatoes
• Eggs
• Vegetable oil
• Peppers
• Onions
Steps
• Peel and slice the yam. Wash in a clean water and put into the pot. Add a little salt and water to cover the yam in the pot. Set on fire and allow to boil.

• Wash the tomatoes, onions and peppers. Do not blend, slice all of it into a bowl and set aside.
• Add a little oil into the pan and allow to heat. Add the sliced onions, tomatoes and peppers and stir.

• Break the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and beat.

• Cook the tomatoes for 5 minutes and pour in the the eggs. Do not stir immediately allow it to cook for 5 seconds, then stir and adjust for salt.

• By now the yam is soft. Check and pour the water. That is all, our food is ready!

I often make egg sauce as you mentioned in this recipe. There is one difference between your and mine recipe for egg sauce pepper. I use green chilli instead of pepper. I always enjoy my egg sauce with noodles. I like yam too and I will definitely try egg sauce with boiled yam. You enjoyed your Jollof rice very much and your smile proved that. The menu in your area is very special, it uses egg, onion, and chili pepper, and it's really great with oil, and it also uses pepper, it's really great here.
