How do you do?
Unlike you I am interested in hearing the answer, my question is not just politeness. Did you know that it is considered rude or crazy to ask a stranger how he's doing if you are not willing to listen to the answer?
Apparently, you are too busy to care about the community you started.
I still wonder after all those months why you refuse to admit that you are not able or willing to build it.
Since months you and your friend administrator have been absent.
We talked many times about you both hosting contests but never engaging with those who still seem to appreciate you while I do the work. Do you remember what you both said in the comment section of my post in the freewriters? Till today you both didn't keep your word, you couldn't even keep up the apparances for 1 day. How come?
What did I do during the past months, from the moment you started this?
I grew your community, I hosted a contest on my account and because you said you wouldn't give up on it and refused to let me help I looked at the sideline for how you did... did turned out to be doing nothing except on those very rare occasions I had to spam you and kept asking.
At a certain point, you both promised to pay the prizes and that only happened a few times till I gave up.

I find it an empty promise and shameful, how about you?
Did you notice the only support is given by me? That I am the one who upvotes those still willing to post in the community?
I gave all kinds of tips, support and ideas for contests easily to host. What happened? You let it all die and not once did you take a moment time to let the moderators know who or what to do (I admit I am happy not being scolded and commented on Mondays because everyone should do his share (I did, @yancar did but not you two) and you never explained why.
Busy?
So am I, but I still try to find time to check on those who join my contest and I comment. Indeed I am busy, super busy but willing to sacrifice my night's rest since I believe that those who invest deserve at least the support promised, your support not mine.
Payments of Prizes
Paying the prizes turns out to be no habit for you and your community and I wonder how come since you do pay the winners in other contests you host in different communities, why not in your own community? Shouldn't this be your first priority?
I like to know when and where you announced and paid the winners of the music contests that expired 20 days and 13 days ago since I can't find the announcement. Thank you on behalf of the participants and please, unpin old posts!
Photo Story Diary
It's a great concept, especially for those who like to take photos and have difficulty writing or no interest in writing long texts next to that they learn to be creative again and a community for entertainment is the right place to host it.
You let it die, although you participate yourself you never leave a comment to one of the other participants and the same counts for your comment music contests. Did you notice people participated because I invited them and replied?
Don't you think it's shameful behaviour or are you happy they still thank you while you do nothing?
I am sure you noticed that I took my contest back and since I host it 4 days ago it's alive again.
Did you read what I wrote, I changed the text and left you a comment but... you didn't respond and just posted a contest again while mine is still running. How can this be?

A week ago I asked you to pay the prizes of your contest from the Steem the community has and to power up which you didn't.
I hope you will schedule some time to invest in your community, that is unless you rather gave up on it since after the SEC contest you both abandoned it.

Here step by step I am answering your questions!
• Yes I know that it looks rude when you ask something from a stranger and you don't even show up or you don't support answers by making interesting comments and if I talk about you then from very start you played your role in building this community even more than me and I really appreciate it and you always get appreciation at this but I also tried in my best way to support users through my upvtes and comments!I know very well that at each and every entry of my music contests i didn't leave comment but if you see most of entries of my music contests then i engaged with most of them before announcing winners!
• I admit that I never or very hardly engaged with contestants or participants of photo story diary but I always upvoted most of the entries(You can check from steemworld) that how i always maintained my voting CSI and voted on other's posts.
• About inviting people for participating in contest I never asked anyone again and again to participate in contest(I invite people to participate in my contest through leaving post link in community WhatsApp group)In this way I am active here but I appreciate your energy level that how even in my contest you invite your friends to show their participation!
• If I talk about your other question which is about reward transfer then I read your comment 5 days ago you leave at my post and I checked, then every thing was fine with contest post which was recent because I have timely transferred rewards of that formal contest by announcing winners but yes now today when I checked again then 26 days ago contest rewards were pending which I paid today from community Wallet and remaining all rewards are paid!
I am still trying to be most active in my community as much as I can!

It is not about what you do but what you don't do.
A comment contest is about commenting and engagement which you both refuse. Stopoing by at the end is not the same as talking here.
Great you are on whatsapp but this is Steemit nit whatsapp, not facebook.
The fact everything was fine with the Photo Story Contest is because I posted it with my account and I wrote that it is my contestband if it doesn't work in knack4buzz because of lack in engagement I take it with me and host it elsewhere.
You did not even noticed I wrote that though you cooied my text!
You also reposted it while my contest was still running! How come you didn't notice that?
From now on I host the Photo Story Diary and will pay the rewards.
Thanks for taking care of the other rewards it is not something I should check and beg for. This is what I have done for at least 6 months.
You try which is great but you also take more tasks on your shoulders and even without this extra load you never managed. It would be a hood thing if you admit that and let others know. So they know they cannot count on you.
Can you tell me what happened to the other moderators?

I have one crazy idea which I will like to share but I hope this is the right place to say it. Talking about entertainment. I think of it as something most people (infact everyone might need it in one or two ways). Me personally, the main reason why I log in to Facebook is to watch reels and videos. Other people have something that draws them to social media. Can't we do the same here? How about Sharing funny videos, comedy, skit, memes and so on? Should be only depend on reading and typing? I feel like this is one of the community many steemian will turned up when they need something to entertain themselves. Like I said it's an idea but I will like it if taking into consideration.
