Sometimes , somethings happens unexpectedly!

Hello everyone, on this occasion I would like to participate in a contest held by @sahar78 about Sometimes, something happens unexpectedly! here is my entry

on a bright morning when I was enjoying a cup of warm coffee in a small cafe on the corner of the street something unexpected happened usually I choose a table near the window to enjoy the view but that day all my favorite tables were full finally I sat in a rather hidden corner near an old bookshelf filled with old novels

while sipping coffee I saw a book fall from the shelf at first I thought it was just the wind or the unstable position of the book but when I picked it up there was something strange the book looked very old with a worn leather cover and on the inside there was faint handwriting

the writing was a diary of a woman named Lia who lived in the 1940s in it she told about her lost love a sailor who promised to return but never appeared surprising thing one of her last entries mentioned the location of a memory box that she hid under a big tree in the park near the cafe

Because I was curious I decided to look for the tree in question it didn't take long to find it under the roots of the old tree I found a small box containing photos of love letters and a world map marked with shipping routes

that day a cup of ordinary coffee turns into an adventure that opens up the story of someone's life from the past. The story of Lia and her sailors remains a mystery, but this experience taught me to always be open to unexpected things, who knows, something small can lead to a big story.
