so, the challenge is procedurally generated daily? would you mind sharing how it works?

The general idea was to create two opposing armies, emulate a bit of warfare between them with white on the losing side, and then add a touch of chaos in the form of extra minions sprinkled around. Beyond the chaotic elements, the challenge is supposed to essentially say: "win this losing position", and so the generator is made to attempt creating that type of scenario. The downfall of course, is the AI missing a few brain cells on how certain mechanics work, making half the challenges roughly amount to exploiting certain effects or behaviors, rather than anything else. v0.54 solves this, to some degree.

i personally think it starts with a seed, such as a specific color being in a corner (A LOT of times black is in a top corner and white in the opposite bottom)
or possibly a game thats a few moves in, but stuff is added/moved/removed. (Many challenges look like the start of a game but with random)
then it adds randomness, such as moving units or changing color/teir/unit
and sometimes it throws in a modifier unit (+1 or -1 king (when kings are changed its almost always more than 1)... or + a chaos portal or two)
