What do you suffer from? What it's the most irritating thing you have in your daily life?
This question needs some thinking.
What I know is; you gotta trace it, face it, replace it, and erase it.
I'll tell you a personal story: I suffered a lot of changing paths so often, it's was like I had a different idea of what I wanted to do in life every single day, today I want to start this business, tomorrow I want to land this job, etc.
My problem was: Indecisiveness, I had real issues with indecision, but I never solved this problem till I started tracing it, because it wasn't that obvious to me.
Indecisiveness came from having too many options, too many interests, and too many incomplete skills, which led me to severe indecision that led to inaction.
After I traced my problem, I had to face it, I had to face that I can't have everything I want in life, I had to exclude some options, I had to decide on what is more important to me, I had to be more realistic.
After I faced and accepted my problem, I started replacing it, replacing the many options I had with one option that I should "force" myself into doing, and forgetting about every other option that I have.
After the replacement my problem was already erased, the erasing part is like a byproduct for the previous steps, and now I can confidently say that I don't suffer from that same problem, because I followed this basic principle.
This principle came from NA's literature (Narcotics Anonymous) which helped me learn many things in life, they have golden principles that can help you with every aspect of your life.
We all have problems that we suffer from, so always remember this golden principle: Trace it, face it, replace it, and erase it.
This is how you can deal with each problem you have in life, and remember that face it includes accepting it.
