My day is quite hectic everyday, especially when I have to work on my final year project. Today was a bit more demanding. There were classes from morning till evening, and after that while working on my project, I did not even realise the time. Final year project is the biggest challenge of my life, but it is a very rewarding experience too. While working on my project, everything seems quite intense because the impact of every mistake is not just on me, but on the other 3 members of my team too. We all are working together on this project, and the work of each member is interconnected with the work of the other.

So, if any error comes in my code, then not only I but the whole team faces problem.

I remember the scene of this morning. After the classes got over, I was feeling totally exhausted. But, whenever I think of working on the project, I have to give myself a little boost.

For me, there is such a thing which energizes me all the time. Whenever I feel a little down or lacking in energy, I make a cup of tea. For me, a cup of tea is not just a drink, it's a boost. Caffeine refreshes me instantly and gives me the energy to focus on my tasks.

With every sip, I feel my stamina is increasing and I am able to do my work more efficiently.

I find the impact of caffeine to be very quick and effective. When I drink tea, I feel my mind is clear and focused. This tea not only energizes my body but also sharpens my mind. Concentration and focus are very important for the final year project and tea helps me in this.

When it is time to write code and I feel that I have made an error, the effect of tea gives me a fresh perspective. It keeps me calm and helps in removing stress.

But when errors start appearing in the code, I feel a lot of anxiety and restlessness. For the final year project, we all have to make our codes absolutely correct and error-free. If even a small mistake occurs, it affects not only my project but also the hard work of the other members of my team.

If an error occurs in the code, all work stops and the whole team has to work to fix it. I find this situation very stressful because I know that if my code is wrong, the other members will also have problems and their work will also be affected.

Whenever errors are found in the code, the panic mode inside me gets activated. I think that if this error is not fixed, our project will not be completed before the deadline. My team members also feel stressed along with me and they also get support from me.

This is a very anxious moment because when you are putting so much time and effort on the code and then a small mistake delays everything, then there is that emotional pressure too.

I feel like telling the other friends why this mistake happened and how we will solve it. But, when this problem is solved, the relief that is obtained is very satisfying.

My mother always tells me that it is very important to take care of your health, especially when I am working on my final year project. She notices that I remain busy with my project the whole day and sometimes ignore my health a bit.

I have noticed that when I get so engaged in work, my eating routine also gets a bit disrupted. So, she always tries to give me some healthy snacks, by eating which I increase my energy level and keep my mind sharp.

One day she started giving me a small bowl of dry fruits, saying it will improve my concentration and keep my mind sharp.

I get dry fruits like almonds, walnuts and pistachios from my mother and I eat them whenever I need to concentrate on work.

On mother’s advice, I have included dry fruits in my daily routine and I find their effect quite positive. Whenever I feel a little tired or stressed, I get instant energy by eating the dry fruits given by mother.

The healthy fats in almonds and the antioxidants in walnuts boost my brain function, and I find that my productivity increases. These small snacks help me focus more on my work and keep my mind fresh and alert.

Mom says these small things have a huge impact on your overall health. By incorporating dry fruits into my routine,

I keep my mind sharp and complete my project tasks efficiently. When I'm coding and notice an error, eating dry fruits helps me stay calm and focused. For me this is a simple and effective solution to maintain my energy and increase concentration on my work.

I liked Maa's idea and I included dry fruits in my daily snacks. I try to eat almonds, walnuts or pistachios every day as all these things are beneficial for my health.

The snacks given by her not only give me physical energy but also increase mental sharpness. Now, when I am working on my project, I feel that dry fruits keep my energy steady and help me complete every task more efficiently.

My mother knows that when I am so busy with my work, many times I forget my health. So, she always tells me to keep my brain sharp and keep my body healthy.

Dry fruits are a loving gesture of my mother, which she does for my health and well-being of mind. By incorporating these in my routine, I try to increase my productivity and make every effort to take my final year project towards success.
