We are all so busy these days with assignments, quizzes, and workload that it is difficult to deal with stress and anxiety, but if we organize our lives a little and take out time for self-care, it can help a lot. First of all, I work on time management, list my day's tasks on a priority basis and try to complete them step-by-step.
This keeps me from getting overly overwhelmed.
It is also important to take breaks, because working nonstop not only increases fatigue but also reduces productivity. I take a break after every hour to relax a little, be it making coffee or spending time with my parrots.
Eating healthy food and a little physical activity are also very important, this keeps both the body and mind active. If sometimes the stress becomes too much then I try to avoid overthinking, I divide the problems into smaller parts and solve them step by step.
If ever I feel that things are too difficult, then I talk to my sister or a close friend, this gives me a lot of relief. And if the workload is too much, then I use the Pomodoro technique in which after working for 25 minutes I take a small break of 5 minutes, this technique makes me more focused and productive.
In my free time I do my favourite activities like watching movies or baking which makes me feel refreshed.
Overall, I feel that patience and staying positive are very important, because there is a solution to every problem, only a little focus and planning is required for that.
Handling stress is different for everyone, but if we support each other and express our emotions, things can become easier.
We should always remember our goals and never lose courage, because this time will also pass and we will complete all our work on time, inshaAllah!
