Completing My Internship: The Unexpected Challenges with Certification and Feedback || 10% Beneficiary to @steem-nations

Hello friends, how are you all? Hope you’re doing well. Today, I’ll share my win-win moment. Some time ago, I completed my internship, and then I was waiting for my certificates and forms. But the certificate was not being issued, so I was a bit tense, wondering when I would receive it. Then I sent them quite a few messages asking them to kindly submit my forms and issue my certificate. Finally, they issued me the certificate, and I felt a lot of relief.

Then I posted it on LinkedIn, along with a form that is required for the internship. In it, they had to mention the intern’s behavior, skills, and time management; they have to fill all this out and submit it. Given my experience, I thought they would give me a 5 out of 5 or at least a 4, but they didn’t give me a 5 in anything or even a 4. In everything, they only gave me a 2 or a 3.

I was very angry because I always submitted my work before time and coordinated well with them. I mean, I never refused any task, even after my internship was completed. On a Sunday, they assigned me work, and I completed it the same day. Even then, they gave me very low marking in everything, which made me both angry and sad.

A person is doing work for you without any pay, where you just have to give a certificate and some marking to the intern, and even that they didn’t do properly. I have to submit this form to my university, and when they see such low marking, what will they think? Anyway, I only submitted the certificate.

I’ll just say that I gained a lot of experience, learned a lot, learned time management, and also learned teamwork. Overall, my experience was good, but I still don’t understand the report I got from them.

It's great that you shared your experience. My perspective is that if you know how to work and are confident about your work, you don't need to worry about two stars or feedback. Certification and ratings aside, the real asset is the skills and experience you have gained. Keep going strong and trust your abilities!

Best Regards

Yes, you are right!

First of all, Congratulations, Fizza. You did a good job. Now, relaxed. Things happened that way and I am sure you will find all of your classmates witnessed the same thing with their marking. Chill!

Thank you for your kind words, I appreciate it!
Yes, I know, and anyway, these markings don’t matter much to me; I’m just saying it’s unfair.
