Hello, Steemains around the globe. Today is such a beautiful day, and I am glad to share my knowledge on today's word, which is "Mass media". We can remember that I previously talked about information, and today, we step into facts about Mass media.
Mass media can be categorically defined as a way of communicating or getting information to a large number of people through various mediums, which are radio, television, newspaper, internet, and magazines. It can also be seen as a process in which information is passed simply and easily through the different mediums used.
Mass media is one of the things that most humans use and see every day. You must make use of one of these mediums every day. I now conclude that mass media gives information to all of us every day. You may also ask yourself why mass media is important; here are the importance of mass media.
Mass media serves as a provider of relevant information, like natural disasters and the increase in the price of goods and services within a place. It also helps in making sure that community between people goes freely either locally, nationally, or internationally. It connects people from far and near. Mass media also serves as an educational tool to educate both students and adults and provide them with entertainment via stories, movies, and stories.
Through mass media they can be a positive change in social life and activism, creating a site for marginalized opinions. Mass media can also influence decisions about certain things and help them see ways to change ety positively. With the aid of mass media, electoral campaigns, and public opinions can be shaped for a better country and also prevent political instability.
Mass media has been one of the sources from which I received information daily. The television in my house is mostly used to watch the news; this helps me to remain updated on the information trending around the globe. I use the radio application to listen to the news around my area through the radio channel of my town. This way, I get to know about any newly elected representatives or fluctuations in the price of goods and services.
