Today's weather was unexpectedly amazing! I mean, after the first 15 days of October being so hot, there wasn't even a trace of sunshine today.
So, seeing this made for a great start to the day, and luckily, we didn't have any meetings just one class. And to make the day even better, our teacher arrived at 9 AM on time.
Well, after the first session of class, we thought, it is been so long, let's go to the basketball court With this great weather, we had to take advantage of it. It had been two semesters since we last played basketball.
To be honest I'm not really a huge fan of basketball, but I play just to make up the team. There were five of us, so we divided into teams of two and three and played half court.
Everything was going great, we were so into it that we didn’t even realize it was time for the next class.
And in between, something funny happened I was so focused on scoring a basket that when I jumped, my phone fell out of my pocket. 😄
I couldn't figure out what was going on in the basketball game Some were defending, others were trying to score buckets, passing the ball around, and no one was even counting fouls. It was basically a game free of all rules the only goal was to score a bucket 😂
After completing all our sessions, we went to the tuck shop and noticed the cricket ground was completely empty. In the very next moment, we were there We decided to play cricket.
Honestly, I don’t know how to play at all not even a little but as a beginner, we can manage to play at university.
The funny part was that there wasn’t any formal team there. We each played 2 overs, and there were a few rules to get out. I was the 5th one to bat.
While we were in the middle of our game, the official KIET cricket team showed up to practice. They waited until we were done, and then we finished our game and left. 🏏
Half of us were debating whether we should go play badminton as well, but we refused because we had no energy left. We were actually really tired after playing basketball. 🏀 But whatever the case, it was so much fun today after such a long time 😄
It was such a fun and memorable day after a really long time ✨
