Today I woke up earlier than usual. The bright morning made me excited to start cooking and washing clothes. In the kitchen, I prepared a simple breakfast: fried rice with eggs. It tasted good, although a bit rushed. After that, I went straight outside to dry the clothes. Washing clothes in the morning always gives me a sense of satisfaction, especially if the clothes dry quickly. It feels like, even though it's busy, there is a certain satisfaction in every step.
I sat in front of my house while waiting for the traveling fishmonger who usually passed by every morning. Not long after, I heard a distinctive voice from afar, "Fish! Fresh fish!" It turned out that the fishmonger had arrived. I immediately approached him, and after chatting for a while, I decided to buy fresh shrimp. The shrimp were big and looked very fresh, so I immediately took a few for my cooking menu today.
I brought the fresh shrimp into the kitchen, and my mood immediately became cheerful. I had imagined what menu I would make: fried shrimp in butter with a special savory seasoning.There was something enjoyable about the process of waiting and shopping in the morning, especially when I could finally enjoy the delicious results of my cooking. After buying the shrimp, I continued my other morning activities, feeling a little calmer and more satisfied because everything went smoothly.
The afternoon sky was starting to change color, golden with a touch of orange on the horizon. It felt like the perfect afternoon for a special occasion like this. I asked my partner to accompany me, because we wanted to choose a ring together. We arrived at the gold shop around five o'clock, and inside the atmosphere was rather quiet. Several customers were looking at jewelry, while a shop assistant greeted us in a friendly manner.
I went straight to the children's ring section. There were many beautiful choices, with sweet and simple designs, suitable for our little daughter's age. After a few minutes of discussion, we finally decided on a small white gold ring with a flower carving on the top. The ring looked very elegant, but still cute and suitable for a little girl.
I could see the smiles on my partner's faces when we decided on the ring. It felt so happy, imagining that our child would really like this gift.
