i think A job brings more success to a business than it does to a person's life.

Job is working under others. Getting a fixed salary at the end of the month. This is a job, but a business for someone else. The money you get working for someone else's business is a job for you. I will work a certain time every day and get paid at the end of the month. I will not be liable for loss or profit of the company. I will not bear anything. Everything will be borne by the owner. I will only get paid for doing your daily tasks. This is the job. Meanwhile, I am not in favor of employment.

Business is to do something by yourself. To give employment opportunities to others in your company. To bear all the profits and losses of the company alone. To decide everything yourself. There is no accountability to anyone. I am the owner of everything myself. There is no fixed salary in business. For me. Doing business creates job opportunities for many more people. And at the end of the day is a means of earning big risk or profit.

Freedom in business as you wish. I can do everything of my own will. I can go somewhere on leave when I want. I can take all the decisions independently. But a successful businessman does not do it in any way. No. He has to accept the owner's decision.
