U.S. ROOSEVELT DIME SILVER COIN
The Silver Roosevelt Dime coins were minted from 1946 through 1964.
These coins are 90% Silver and 10% Copper. Each coin weighs 2.5 grams.
Here are nine Roosevelt Dimes silver coins from various years.
With silver worth about $26 per 1 Troy Ounce, the silver content in these ten coins is worth about $19.
Coin Dealers are selling $1 face value of 90% Silver coins for $22 to $24.
These coins also are very collectible, giving them more value than just the silver.
(Today, Roosevelt Dime coins are still minted; however, the current Roosevelt Dimes are not silver, but a clad coin.)

Thanks for the report, @goldkey. Yes, $2 (USD) was the going rates, late week at the LCS. And yes, I got a pocket full.

Coin dealers are much easier to find than they used to be. Go to https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-dealer-locator/dealer/2480/ , and you will find many businesses that specialize in selling coins. For example, you can go to companies like Coin World, which has a long list of businesses in the United States. You can also call museums, historical societies, and coin dealers directly.
