Basically it is a process of presenting a topic in detail. In presentation we have to teach other people and explain in a very good way that what exactly want to share with them and what want that people have to understand. And also a slid form of e power point in a presentation. You need to put to gather things in terms of a power point and place in front of audience. . that is exactly we mean by presentation

Every body has different mind set. You need to research your topic to get all the data but will all this data, you cannot give a presentation. You are a presenter and you need to be a present on that particular topic. A presentation will not talk by itself. Audience might interpret information in different ways. Every body has a different mind set and what you exactly trying to present through presentation, people might understand that. So its important to need to be clear and out to the audience what you want to say about that topic. Think how you can hold the attention. Today the attention span of people is hardly anything. People will look at you or rather listen to you for two to three minutes and then decide whether they actually want to listen to you or rather they switch of mentally and physically listen to you.

1.Presentation style have a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Well if any one stand here and will talk to you then you don’t like to listen to any one. Which makes feeling to the audience a wao factor. . Hence it’s important.

2.There has to be a lot of attention to your body language. The way of stand in front of audience . Stand properly without any fear, talk to them properly. Do not confuse with your dress and hair etc. We should never stand with hands in your pocket. Because it is a negative or close body language.

3.Your voice and tone should have modulation. You should not speak in boring tone. Its very essential and important.
