Hello all,Today in this Post,Im going to talk about a very important matter close to my heart and its related to Health and Fitness.The reason to discuss it here is because just two years back,I lost my Mother to Serious Health Complications and it was the most Traumatic period of my life since I was very close to her.While during her treatment of different diseases that she was facing,I came to realize that we Human Being take our Health for granted and don’t really care about staying fit or taking right kind of Food.After I lost my Mother,I made it compulsory to myself to look after my Health,Dietry Habbits,Weight Maintenance and Mental Health…
For this Purpose,First of all I cut unhealthy Carbs and Protiens from my Diet,I reduced taking Junk Food, and Fizzy drinks to ultimately taking them only twice a Month..and limit my food Intake to only two Healthy Meals i.e Breakfast and Lunch and two Small Meals,Evening Snack and Early Dinner…in addition to this I increased my Water intake to 8 to glasses of Water a Day..
Then I started doing regular Walks,first starting it from 30 mins per day to taking to One hour dividing it to twice a day i.e 30 mins at Morning and 30 mins at Evening.This helped me to increase my Heartbeat and made me comperatively more Active which was lacking in me from some years..
The next most important thing I did was to join a Gym to boost up my Morale and Motivation, again I was in dire need of it because I went thru hell during my Mother’s illness and also after her tragic Death..Gym helped me a lot in gaining my confidence in me.It Helped me reducing my Stress Harmones by doing regular Aerobics and Gym and interacting with other struggling Gym Mates who had their own Encouraging Stories to tell and most importantly it helped me to lose quite a lot of Weight which I was carrying from many years which I was unable to reduce…
After months of Struggle and Hardwork at Gym and also switching to Healthy Lifestyle,Im not only feeling Healthy,Smart,Active and Energetic but it also helped me crucially coming out of Emotional phases that was troubling me since I lost my Mom…
So I want to educate you all through Weight Loss Journey and Emotional Period that Nothing is Impossible in this Big Wild World until you make it Possible Yourself through Sheer Hardwork and Determination…It took me Months to Reach my Goal but it was Worth Trying it Really!!! I now feel Healthy both Physically and Mentally than ever Before…Although Im still on my Road to Success but the Road now seems little Smooth and Less Troubling…
So Guys Yes all you people who are having any Physical and Mental Health Issues,Please Know that you can Overcome it with just Proper Planning,Will Power and Consistency..Please never lose Hope and Keep on trying until you are THERE!!!

Extremely sorry for your mother. And thanks for awaring us on this matter. Its a very serious health issue that is most of the times over looked by us. My dad also faced high blood pressure quite oftenly and everytime we consult a doctor they always instruct on loosing weight. Less weight can itself solve a lot of health issues. Thanks for giving such useful weight loss tips. You have acheived a miraculous goal and we all are proud of you for taking this essential step at the right time. Stay motivated and stay healthy my friend. And congratulations, you have succeeded life-changing journey for you!
