I hope you all are doing well, Eid ul Adha Mubarak to everyone. I am thankful to @haidermehdi and @steemit-pak for organizing interesting contest in which I would be able to share my favorite and special recipe at Big Eid.
I loved to make beef Kabab at Eid ul Adha and this Eid I again make beef Kabab with tamarind sauce which I tried first time. This simple and tasty recipe. My mother loved to eat it. So, I try to make this on this Big Eid specially.
Ingredients
Here i am making potato beef kabab in my own unique way, potatoes are fabourite of kids and elder also like it very much, today i changed it little to make it more delicious and yummy, my family like it very much, hope you also like my creativity.
So lets start my wonderful recipe of Potato Beef Qabab.
Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |

Split chickpea lentils | 150 gram |
Onion small | 1 to 2 |
Beef | 200 gram |
Garlic | 5 to 6 |
Red chili flakes | 1 tbsp |
Green chili | 1 to 2 |
Salt | As per taste |
Cumin | 1 tbsp |
Tamarind | 1/2 tbsp |
Dry coriander seeds | 1/2 tbsp |
Chickpea flour | 2 tbsp |
Preparation
Step 1
- I take a pressure cooker and add all the ingredients included beef, split chickpea lentils, onion, garlic, salt, red chili, green chili, cumin and dry coriander seeds. I putt them in about 500 ml water and then close the cooker for about 15 minutes.

Step 2
- After 15 minutes, I open the pressure cooker and grind them well untill all the ingredients mix well and make a paste for kababs.

Step 3
- Now, I putt the mixture in refrigerator and keep it for half an hour. Then start making kababs of the mixture. I make almost 20+ Kabab. I freeze them in the refrigerator.

Step 4
- I mix 2 tbsp chickpea flour and add little water to make a thick paste for frying of cutlets you can use egg or bread crumbs as well.
Cooking Method
Step 1
- I take a pan, add oil in it and put it on low flame. Then dip the beef kabab in chickpea flour paste and put it into the frying oil.
Step 2
- Wait until one side cooked then change its side and cook other side until it become brown. Put it in a plate and it's ready to serve.

Tamarind sauce
I made tamarind chutney. It's very easy.
Step 1
I take 100 grams of tamarind soaked in water for a few minutes.

Step 2
I take a pan, added tamarind with water, then added half tsp red chili powder, half tsp salt, and 2 tsp sugar. Let it boil for ten minutes.

Step 3
Then I stained it removed all the husk etc and put it in the pan again. Cooked it until it thick.
