Basically I'm not fond of cooking and all but I was planning since long to start cooking because atleast one should know basics. So I've tried many recipes now I know alot about. So for the contest I've made my Favourite recipe.
I made kebabs. Kebab is one of the most popular Eid al-Adha recipes that everyone makes in their own way. I also like kebabs made from sacrificial meat. So today I have made kebabs without eggs. I would like to tell you all about the spices and methods
Ingredients | Quantity |
---|---|
Beef Qeema | Half Kg |
Onion | 2-3 Small Size |
Ginger | As required |
Garlic | 4-5 Pieces |
Green chilli | 1 tablespoon |
Red pepper | 1 Tablespoon |
Salt | As required |
Tikka spices | Half Tablespoon |
Chaat spices | Half Tablespoon |
Turmeric | Half Tablespoon |
Dried coriander | 1.5 Tablespoon |
Black paper | Half Tablespoon |
Garam Masla | Half Tablespoon |
Gram Flour | 5-6 Tablespoon |
- Peel an onion, grate it and squeeze the water.
- Then grind garlic, ginger and green chillies.
- At the same time, lightly fry the gram flour.
Take a big bowl and add beef qeema into it. Now add onions, ginger garlic and green chilli paste into it. Now add all the spices that mentioned above into it. And Make the Kebab of any shape you like. I made them in a oval shape. Leave the mixture for 10 to 15mins and then fry the Kebab. I Also made Green chatni with it. I just add Grind green coriander and green chillies well, also add salt as required and add yoghurt. This is how the green sauce was prepared
