First of all, I would like to thank you @steemit-pak for arranging such a great contest once again. I am very happy because this contest is of my type and I am very fond of cooking. It is the occasion of Eid and a variety of food is being cooked in every home. And it can't happen without making beef palao on Eid.
This is @cocomuff and today i am here to take part in the contest arranged by @steemit-pak. So after thinking i have decided to share the recipe of ***DAIGI BEEF PULAO**** دیگی بیف پلاؤ. Each house cooks palao and each house has its own recipe. Today I will share my recipe with you all And I am sure you all gonna love it. So lets start :-

I cooked this pulao in two steps first i made yakhni and then I made pulao.
Ingredients | quantity |
---|---|
* Beef | 1kg |
* onions | 2 |
* Tomatoes | 2 |
* Ginger Garlic paste | 1 tablespoon |
* Salt | per taste |
* Red pepper power | 1 tablespoon |
* Coriander powder | 1 tablespoon |
* Turmeric Powder | 1 tablespoon |
* Oil | 2 tablespoons |
First of all take a pressure cooker. Add all the ingredients in it and add 2 glass of water in it.
Mix all the ingredients Close the lid of the pressure cooker and place it on the stove to cook for 30 minutes so that the meat render well. After 30 minutes, turn off the stove and you will see that the meat has melted very well. And now Yakhni is ready.

* All spices (garam masla) | 1 tablespoon |
* Green Chili | 1 tablespoon |
* Biryani Masala | 2 tablespoon |
* Oil | 2 tablespoons |
* Strained beef | |
* Strained stock |
- First take a saucepan, add oil and add onion. Brown the onion. When onion is brown, add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and cook for one minute.
- Now add strained meat. Cook it well for about five minutes.Now add tomatoes in it and keep cooking it till the tomatoes are melted. Now add two spoons of biryani spices in it.
*When everything is well cooked then add yakhni to it. If the water of yakhni is less then more plain water can be added. And add all spices.
- As soon as the rice is melted and the water is gone, now simmer the rice on low heat for about twenty minutes. Now after twenty minutes the palao is ready.
Here is the final look of daigi beef biryani. I hope you all will like it and try it. It’s very simple and easy to cook.
