I hope you all are fine. I am absolutely fine now, but last week I was ill. Today my topic is menstrual cramps and it's treatment. All girls knows about this pain. Unbearable and dreadful, followed by nausea and vomiting, skin and stomach problems.
In such situations mostly paracetamol don't effect rapidly. But we need instant relief. Today I am gonna tell some interesting information about it's relief. Menstrual pain is normal but some of us face severe pain because of some vitamin deficiencies, irregular sleep, smoking, hormonal changes, stress , over weight and lack of exercise. So now I am gonna give you some tips regarding this issue.

Do exercise daily. Exercise make your body flexible and regular exercise make the menstrual pain bearable.

Avoid soft drinks and junk foods as much as you can.

Menstrual Green Tea
Take this tea regularly, it help in weight loss, stress management, hormonal changes, keep your body flexible, nausea and vomiting.
Ingredients
•2 cups of water
•1inch PC of ginger
•1tbs honey
•1tsp cumin seeds
•1 cardamom
•1 bag of any green tea
•1lemon
Way to boil
Take a saucepan and add water. add cardamom, cumin seeds and ginger. let it boil for 5-7mins.
Now add bag of green tea in the pan and boil it for 2mins and cover for 2mins on light flame. take a cup add 1tbs honey and squeeze half lemon in it. pour the green tea in the cup. Take this tea Daily routine, help your immune system strengthen. It also help in weight loss.
