Club75 | Weekly Report as Moderator of Steemit Pakistan | 10% to @steemit-pak , 10% to @pak-charity

Hello everyone!

In this post, I am reporting all my activities that I carried out in the last week as the moderator of Steemit Pakistan and also sharing my plans and strategies for the development and growth of the community.

I will start by tabulating some stats that show my commitment as a responsible Moderator and a Steemian.

Curation Teams and Use of Tags

This is not directly related to my work in the community but as a moderator I wanted to share the information.

Five curator teams have been chosen for different themes. Those teams will use steemcurator accounts 04 - 08 to curate the posts in their respective theme. So please look out for the posts from the teams with information about the tags that you will have to use from now onwards in order to get a vote from steemcurator 04-08 accounts.

I will lead the Life and Humanity theme which will include diary games, act of kindness and charity posts. So please look out for my post of information.

The Anonymous Hope Project - @pak-charity

We have launched a new charity project - The Anonymous Hope. Through this project we will try to help the needy. We see so many people around us who can't afford basic life necessities like food, medicines, education etc. Through this project we will try to help such people. We are starting small. If we could help even one needy, put smile on someone's face then the this will be our achievement.

If you want to be a part of the cause, then we don't ask much, just set beneficiary to @pak-charity in your posts. Even one Steem from you will result in collective good.

If you know some needy, then contact me on my discord, telegram or whatsapp with proofs and I will make sure that person gets helps.

Our first donation activity is already in process and will be updated soon.

Introduction of Prime Members

It is essential to grow the curation account of the community and we have always devised strategies and reformed plans for that. While we focus on powering up maximum rewards and beneficiaries earned by the curation account, delegations play a very important role. It is kind of a pay back from the loyal members of the community. However, it is never a compulsion to delegate but we do give preferred support to our delegators.

I observed that we had good number of delegators but the delegation amounts were very small. Ofcourse there were some members who were delegating more than 50% of their steem power. I believe such members deserve some distinction and are actual loyal members who don't delegate just for their personal gain.

Upon discussing the matter with the admin, he came up with the idea of Prime Members- members who have delegated 50% or more of their total steem power to @steemit-pak. I am now working on the labels as it will help distinguish those members for better curatorial support from @steemit-pak.

Steem Clubs

I am constantly guiding and helping people in adjusting their transactions to make them eligible for any of the three clubs they want to join. I made a guidance post for them which appears to be helping out a lot of people. Not to mention the 24x7 help provided on Whatsapp and Discord.

My Contribution in Community Initiatives/ Projects

Weekly, I organize Photography Contest through official account. I have been handling this contest for past nine months and it's going great. We get a lot of activity through this contest.

Curation and Commenting

I used my personal account for curation in the community and on my desginated day, I used community curation account as well.

I also leave appreciative and guidance comments in the community from my personal account.

I check plagiarism, clubs and bots and leave verification comments through official account.
