Hello my name is Jennyfer I am from Venezuela and today I come to make my entry to the challenge (Steemit Engagement Challenge Combines with Steemit Pakistan Community) that was created by @steemitblog this is an opportunity to meet new communities cultures and wonderful people from all over the world.

Today I will talk about my country Venezuela always dreaming of Peace not only in my country but all over the world the cessation of wars that have no sense and more humanity love and peace for all because our life on earth is very short and we must protect humanity and our environment.

I want to talk about the 3 Reasons why I love my country Venezuela to follow the rules of the challenge.

1) Reason is the love of its People:

It remains only to say that most Venezuelans and thank God I have come across many of them are loving understandable and reasonable, when you need a helping hand we always extend the hand alkylen more need it, we are charismatic, we always give we laugh despite the difficulties we are living we support without receiving anything in return in an honest and humble way.

The human culture here in Venezuela is mixed because we live in a country where there are multiple races although the truth is that we are all humans but I will talk about their culture different from the native one, for example the Spaniards from the Canary Islands who arrived to a city called Palo Negro Queda located in Maracay, Aragua state, in that place next to the lake of valencia was where they arrived and raised their families and a new culture.

We also have the Germans who are in the mountainous area from Aragua to Miranda where they settled after the second world war the localities are Colonia Tovar, El Jarillo, El Junquito and part of Carraras and the coasts.

We also have Africans on the coasts of Venezuela where they were freed thanks to the abolition of slavery in 1814 thanks to a decree signed by Simon Bolivar. The Arabs are wonderful people and all traders are found throughout Venezuela and more in Coro Falcon although they have been migrating again by the economic and social situation of Venezuela.

We are all one and united we have much more strength than you can imagine if only we could all join the same ideas to improve the world we would change in an extraordinary way the world in which we live.

2) Your traditions:

We have many traditions such as holy week where we have a full week of vacation to celebrate Easter the resurrection of Jesus of Nazarene and many traditions that are instilled since childhood.

we also have carnival is a week off they give us to celebrate the carnival holidays.

school vacations and the December season where we celebrate the arrival of the baby Jesus in other countries they call him papa Noel.

We have many games such as the Creole ball games, the spinning top, metras marbles, and flying parrot although these traditions are being lost with the advent of technology children focus on cell phones, tablets and digital art.

There is a great diversity of different ecosystems in Venezuela from Médanos, icy peaks to below 0, and mountains beaches forests etc. Venezuela is a wonderful country full of valuable natural mineral resources such as gold and oil that has the largest reserves even I think we are number 3 in oil reserves worldwide. but I do not know if that is good or bad for as we are right now living in Venezuela.

Although I live in Venezuela I have not been able to travel to all the states although I would like to travel and to know states of the country like for example amazonas, the great savannah where it is located. I have been able to visit some beaches where the water is warm coming from the caribbean sea.

Some islands near falcon coro morrocoy among other beaches like chorony Ocumare de la costa de oro, playa el palito, playa la rosa in puerto cabello, tucacas, rivers like rio verde in Guárico, Rio Orinoco in Puerto Ordaz, but this last one do not enter because of the amount of deer swallowing snakes that exist in that river are huge up to 7 meters long or more, and the snakes that exist in that river are very big.as.

Besides, there are piranhas in that river and very big fish. I am afraid to go into that dark water so I now live in the plains, a very warm area, although I lived for a long time in Colonia Tovar where the cold was very strong at night and in January and February.

The Three C's (Changes) that can improve my country Venezuela

Improvements in public institutions:

As we well know there is a serious deterioration of the infrastructure in public sectors such as schools, hospitals, prisons where criminals carry long weapons, also the different police stations of the state a serious deterioration therefore attention should be paid on it, in hospitals the lack of medical and surgical supplies essential for human life in any emergency. and in high schools in the public sector schools do not have adequate bathrooms for the health of children who are studying there.

Better salaries for employees in Venezuela:

We are a country where the minimum wage to touched up to $ 3 one of the lowest in the world therefore the current president Nicolas Maduro announced a rise of salty to $ 30 a month net which is equivalent to half but, or a total of 63 Steem which causes negative situations to employees as low morale and aggravates the theft to the few inputs that can get to later sell them to private.

The same happens with the police national guards who are dedicated to place false roadblocks at any point just to extort the drivers who pass through there in order to take some dollars for the maintenance of themselves and their families.

This has brought some discord and people see the police with different eyes at this time.

Administrative changes:

An administrative change is required in which secure voting mechanisms are adapted for example opening a blockchain for the votes in Venezuela would be the fairest thing to do since each vote would be counted automatically and each Venezuelan would have the access to the unique and exclusive vote from anywhere in Venezuela and the world as long as they are registered in a unique database in Venezuela this takes time and dedication.

I want to say this because the current administration has 20 years in power and they have not solved anything in fact they have consumed the resources of Venezuela and the salary of each worker that before was 300$ went down to 2$ and now it went up to 30$ but the food is still going up in price.

Conclusion:

Venezuela is a beautiful country rich in minerals so many countries are interested in Venezuela right now as is China, Russia, Cuba. once all the resources are finished that interest will no longer be there and this will last several years so we must take care of the economy to be sustainable and that all Venezuelans enjoy the right to Health the right to Education and the right to a minimum wage adequate to their needs and labors. I also want to say that a culture based mainly on values and ethics for all these teenagers would be fantastic at this time so I'm trying to open a children's foundation where you dictes theater courses, music, dance, and above all to promote those values lost by all these years of neglect and destruction to this beautiful Venezuela.
