Anxiety
Anxiety is a normal part of life you might feel anxious when you have a big test or have a meeting with boss or when you have enough money to pay the bills in your account but when anxiety goes beyond just a temporary yet or worry when it start to impact your life ,your work ,your relationship even your health then when its becomes a serious consern. If you have anxiety you feel it.
Symptoms
If you are talking anxiety symptoms may include chest pain , muscle , tension , headache, stomach, arches ,nousea, heart palpitations, restlessness, dizziness problems,sleeping,hot flashes,chills a whole bunch of other things.
Chronic Anxiety
- Chronic Anxiety can be really bad for your long term health too. Its been Link to things Like Heart attack and a suppressed immune system and that doesn't even address,whats going on your head.
- Anxiety disorder often have "cognitive distortions". Cognitive distortions are irrational thoughts or belief about ourselves to the world around us. Basically it's afancy word for worries Example of this might include things like all-or-nothing thinking.
- If I dont get done everything on my to do list today im gonna be a total failure..
These cognitive distortions can have seriously impact. On behavior as well. Affecting a person day to day life how they interact with Friends or how they manage Thier job without treatment anxiety symptoms frequent over time. - An anxiety disorder isn't something you can just snap out of or ignore it also isn't sign of personal weakness or some who is unstable.
Anxiety disorder can affect anyone. This stigma against anxiety disorder keeps people from seeking help. Only one third people suffering from anxiety get treatment and peoy who believe that anxiety is a choice are even less likely to get help when they actually need it.
How to cure Anxiety
We can cure Anxiety with some easiest way .first of all we have to consult with doctor and tell him the situation we facing it we most of the time feel shy to tell all these symptoms with anyone but we have to consult a doctor.
- Exercise
30 Minutes a day some sort of physical exercise or activities can help to decrease anxiety symptoms and in general it doesn't seems to matter what type of exercise you do .so find something you can enjoy that get your heart rate elevated and make it a regular habit. - Meditate
Meditation can help slow racing thoughts making it easily to manage stress and anxiety - Go out
Whenever you fewl anxious just go outside and feel the nature smell of plant and flowers can make you feel calm and peace. you can put some lavender assence. In home its make you feel calm. - Yoga
Combination of exercise amd meditation called yoga, yoga is therapy of cure anxiety and depression try to do yoga for 30 Minutes a day. - Breath
Whenever you feel anxious just take a long breath in and slowly breath out it's a therapy and it's really help out even if you are in anger just do it and you will feel better.
