Today I want to share my experience of making Vermicelli at home to you. I hope you like it.
It is very good dish and people liked it.
∆First of all we discuss abou its ingredients.
•Maida
•Flour
•Semolina(optional)
•Water
•Food colors like red, green etc (optional)
∆Procedure
First of all mix the flour,maida and semolina (optional) for mking dough.
Mix the color (optional) in water.
And make the dough.
And after making dough. Fixed the machine where you easly handle it.
Then one man push the dough at the front side of machine and one man start the machine.
The vermicelli came in down side of machine.
After this vermicelli are keep in lown to sun dry.
•Colored vermicelli
•Without colored
After sundry boil these vermicelli.
We can eat them with sugar,sukar,milk, and other you like.
I hope you like it.
It is very easy to made at home.
