Assalam u Alikum everyone, Welcome to @mustabshira1's diary of 14th april, 2021 (Wednesday). I Hope you all will be doing well and enjoying the week and are prepared for the holy month of Ramadan.I am also very well Alhamdulillah. May all of you have a happy and healthy Ramazan and May Allah shower all the blessoings of this holy moth on you and your family.
Now Starting today's diary, as the blessed month of RAMADAN has started so my routine changed like an angle of 360° like every thing is now changed.
First I woke up at 4 o'clock. when my mother prepared all the sehri because I slept very late at night as I was busy in my internship stuff so she let me to have some rest. After getting up I first offer tahajjud prayer and then did sehri. In sehri we have some potato chips and youghurt. After that I offered namaz e fajar and then after reciting holy Quran I felt asleep.
so I just started teaching them.i teach them english as schools are now in online teaching mode so they don't have english work so they started completing their science work sheet by taking my help.
Today I made "POTATO TOAST" whose recipe I am sharing below:
STEP 1:
boil potatoes
STEP 2:
Shedred chicken
STEP 3:
Mash the potatoes we boiled
STEP 4:
Put on spices (salt,red pepper, black pepper, garlic paste), shedred chicken and some finely sliced capsicum.
STEP 5:
Now add a beaten egg to make the mixture stiff.
STEP 6:
Now mix all the ingredients
Here our mixture is ready.
Now coming towards the coating.
First I would like to share the recipe of homemade bread crumbs which is really very very easy
- Cut the sides of your bread and save remaining bread for later.
- Put the sides into juicer blender.and blend...
3.bread will be converted into powder type ..
- Let the grind powder set in the tray and left it in air for 3-4 minutes.
Your home made breadcrumbs are readyy❗❗❗
Now place the potato-chicken mixture on the bread loaf like we put butter on it. (Equally and evenly) now cut the bread into 4 pieces.after that apply bread crumbs on the side where we have the potato layer.
And them put very little oil(approx 1-2 table spoon) in your and toast the bread from both sides until it turns golden brown.
And you are done with the very delicious and tastiest dish♥️😍

Coming to diary again After serving this everyone was so happy as it was very calorie efficient and tasty as well.after iftari I along with my sister washed all the utensils.and then we got ready for going to taraveeh.and we came back from taraveeh at 11 o'clock.
After doing some rest I once again started working on my cards which I have to gave to my friends as tomorrow will be the last day of our university.so I make them till 3 at night.hope my friends like them and because of that all my will be payed off .
