Assalam-O-Alaikum ! Everyone hope you all are doing well, So guys today I will share with you a delicious and yummy recipe that I have seen on youtube and try at my home for my family and it was really delicious. This dish is so creative and it not just taste super delicious it also looks amazing.

So now let me share with you guys the whole process of making this dish. First I will tell you the ingredients of this dish...

INGRIDIENTS FOR GREEN CHUTNEY :

  1. Onion ( medium one )
  2. Fresh Coriander ( 1 cup )
  3. Mint Leaves ( 1 cup )
  4. Red Chilli Crushed ( 1 or 1/2 TSP )
  5. Salt (1/4 TSP or to taste )
  6. Black salt ( 1/4 TSP )
  7. Tamarind Pulp( imli pulp ) ( 1 cup )
  8. Water ( 1/4 cup )

RECIPE :
For making green chutney firstly blend well all the above ingredients and your green chutney is ready then set it aside. I have blend all the ingredients by electric blender you can use your blender to blend it. This is the easy way to make this chutney.

So now I will tell you the easy channa pulao recipe which is the important part of this dish. First I will tell you the ingredients then recipe of it.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHANNA PULOA :

  1. Ghee ( 3-4 TBS )
  2. Cumin Seeds ( 1/2 TSP )
  3. Cloves ( 2-3 )
  4. Onion ( sliced ) (1 small )
  5. Bay Leaf ( one )
  6. Green Chillies ( slit 2-3 )
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste ( 1 TSP )
  8. Tomato ( Small Cubes ) ( 1 medium )
  9. Chick Peas ( Boiled ) ( 1 cup )
  10. Rice ( 2 cups )
  11. Water ( 4 cups )
  12. Salt ( 1 or 1/2 TSP or to taste )

RECIPE :
For making this first put flame a pan or utensil in which you like to make a pulao then put ghee in it let it melt after that put cumin seeds, cloves mix it then put onion in it fry it until onion becomes golden brown then put bay leaf, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes cook atleast (2 min ) until tomatoes are soft then put chick peas ( channa ) mix it then put rice in it mix it well then put water and salt bring it a boil cover and cook on low flame for 15-20 mins and after that your pulao is ready.

Now the most important part of this dish the chargha kabab let me tell you the ingredients first after that I will tell you the recipe.

INGRIDIENTS FOR CHARGHA KABAB :

  1. Boneless chicken ( 1/2 kg )
  2. Black Pepper ( 1 TSP )
  3. Cumin Powder ( 1 and 1/2 TSP )
  4. Red chilli powder ( 1 TSP or To Taste 0
  5. Coriander Powder ( 1 TSP )
  6. Salt ( 1 TSP or To Taste )
  7. Turmeric powder ( 1/4 TSP )
  8. White Pepper Powder ( 1/4 TSP )
  9. Garam Masala Powder ( 1/2 TSP )
  10. Orange Food Color ( 1/4 TSP )
  11. Mace Powder ( 1/4 TSP )
  12. Nutmeg Powder ( 1/4 TSP )
  13. Maida and cornflour (1 cup )
  14. Ginger Garlic paste ( 1 TBS )
  15. Yogurt ( hung 1/4 cup )
  16. Lemon Juice ( 1 and 1/2 TBS )
    17.Egg ( one )

RECIPE :
So the method of making this chargha kabab first take boneless chicken and cut into stripes I used hammer to give shape to the chicken you can also do this then put chicken into a bowl after that put all the ingredients in it which is mention above. one by one put everything in it every spices I have mentioned above the order I have mentioned in list you have to put all things one by one like that first black pepper, cumin seed, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, white pepper powder, garam masala powder, orange food color, mace powder, nutmeg powder, all- purpose flour, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, egg after putting this all mix it well cover and marinate for 1-2 hours. After that put the one strip of chicken into the stick a long stick you can make 6-7 it depends on you after that heat it on non-stick griddle cover and steam cook on low flame for 3-4 mins ( turn sides in between ) after that fry it on medium flame until golden brown (1-2 mins ) put it in plate and your chargha kabab is ready..

After all the steps serve it nicely put chutney in a bowl and rice in a tray and put kabab on it you can decorate your serving tray the way you like and then enjoy it trust me it is so delicious and yummy you will definitely love it eating..
