Asalamualaikum,my dear steemian friends,I am your friend peerfaizan from India.By the mercy of Almighty,I hope you all steemian family are well,safe and healthy and enjoy your day happy with your loved.In my recent post,I tell you about my trip to two Beutiful places of Kashmir.I didn't read much more about this place.But in this post I write much more detailed post about these places.
Let's start my post and know these places much more.
Sonamarg
Sonamarg also known as Sonmarg,located in the district of Gandarbal of Jammu and kashmir.It is a hilly area place cover with all around mountains.It is located 145 kilometres from my place and 62 kilometres form main town of Gandarbal.
It is located at elevation of 2730 m.The average temperature is 6.5° C.The Sonamarg place has significant at ancient with silk road as it connects with Jammu and Kashmir with tibet.It is one of the beutest place in kashmir.
Sonamarg gives rise to Three important rivers.The lider,Sind and Neelum,which runs parallel to each other and it is main tribute of Jhelum River,that runs from Kashmir to pakistan.It is has the shortest population excluded from tourism about 392.From Sonamarg Baltal a famous place of Kashmir is only 15 km.Hope this information is sufficient
Mansbal lake
Mansbal lake another beutiful place in kashmir,also located in the district of Gandarbal.The word Mansbal is drived from word Manasarovar.It is one of the best place for bird watching.The lotus plant grows most in that place in water.The lake is situated 30 km away from Srinagar.
It is easiest way to reach Mansbal through Sonamarg other than Gandarbal.Most of the people beloved that it is an ancient lake but no one know about the origin of this lake.The lake is surrounded with Baladar mountain.
The lake cover approximately 10km^2 area.The lake connects with Jhelum River with its tributaries.The lake is source of the fishes.I hoep you guys like this information.I invite all of steemit family to come these places and see the beauty of nature.
